Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous
paid
formal training.
Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 - A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments
Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair
Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
Reading, writing and math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of automotive repair experience, demonstrated skills via third party assessments/certifications, or completion of Vocational-Technical School Program
A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 certification acceptable)

As the Senior Specialist - Factory Hygienist, you are the champion of food safety and hygiene at the factory. As the Senior Specialist - Factory Hygienist, you are the champion of food safety and hygiene at the factory. You lead efforts to align hygiene practices with business goals while ensuring compliance with Nestlé principles, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Your focus includes cleaning and disinfection, pest management, microbiology, allergen and foreign body control, and hygienic design. You provide technical support across manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement in hygiene and food safety programs. * Ensure mitigation of food safety and quality issues through interaction with AGs.

* Support the correct utilization of problem-solving tools to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Ensure development of competencies in Quality and Food Safety
* Promote food safety awareness across the factory.
* Develop food safety and quality training at factory floor level, as well as visitors and contractors. hygiene training.

* Ensure development of people through coaching and training.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION:
* Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience (preferred microbiology, life science-related studies, engineering).

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
Responsible for leading and driving the health of inventory control systems and strategies to maximize inventory accuracy, which includes reconciling inventory, creating and coaching standard routines, problem solving discrepancies, coordinating cycle counts, and ensuring compliance within inventory management practices. + Utilize EWM, SAP, DMO, and OMP tools during planning exercises to manage inventory, ensure supply, and create the optimal production plan that meets cost and service objectives.
+ Set up new materials and maintain master data within supply chain activities as needed.
+ Lead ICC routine (Inventory Cost and Control) partnering with quality and finance to drive adherence to inventory routines and mitigate salvage
+ Mitigate ensure supply risks by proactively identifying potential shortages or risks in supply chain.
+ Manage material ordering using dynamic planning approach that enables optimal inventory working capital.
+ Publish weekly production plan to site, and review all production changes, limitations, priorities to meet customer orders and abnormal events as needed to backfill Sr. Production Planner.
+ Act as the liaison between the factory and corporate supply chain to properly determine the priorities of the business.
+ Work closely cross-functionally driving results through Local Leadership Team (LLT) routines and effective problem solving.

+ Establish continuous improvement routines as needed to drive performance across end-to-end supply chain.
**REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:**

The Senior Technician position requires your talent and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $31.26

Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
* Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
* Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
* Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
* Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 - A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
Minimum Qualifications
* Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
