**Position Summary**
The retail Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a unique hybrid role for stores and is intended as a key pipeline for future career-growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. This role is primarily responsible for serving the customer through assessing needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. Successful individuals in this role will learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting/serving the customer and efficiently completing basic vehicle service tasks as required.
Pay Range: $14.73 - $22.04

Nestlé Purina Maintenance is building a team of Utilities Maintenance Technicians who will work together to maintain, troubleshoot, repair and optimize utilities systems within the factory. Day to day, you will work cross-functionally with other maintenance, engineering and production personnel to solve problems and implement solutions quickly and safely to keep factory assets operating efficiently.
The first several months of this role are project related with the goal of planning and developing the Maintenance department as the Williamsburg Township facility approaches operational startup. This position will start out working a Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm schedule.
**Once the Williamsburg Township plant reaches operation, the shift will switch to nights (6:00PM-6:00AM), operating on 2-2-3 schedule (week one: two days on, two days off, three days on; week two: two days off, two days on, three days off).**
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and optimize utilities systems and related mechanical and electrical equipment and components
+ Monitor, maintain and repair compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment, domestic water, hot water and fire systems
+ Execute preventative maintenance (PM) activities to proactively prevent failures and promote safe and efficient operations
+ Utilize diagrams and schematics, digital tools such as computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), mechanical and electrical tools, and diagnostic instruments (for vibration, thermal imaging, acoustics, etc.) to reduce unplanned stoppages through effective root cause analysis and corrective action
+ Collaborate with team members to maintain equipment and solve technical problems
+ Perform basic rigging, mechanical practices, pipefitting and welding skills in an industrial environment
+ Model safety and share utilities expertise to train other team members
**Requirements**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent
+ 2+ years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of utilities systems and mechanical equipment to include compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment, etc. within a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment
**Other**
+ High Pressure Boiler Operator License and/or Stationary Engineer Licenseissued from the state of Ohio preferred

**Position Summary**
The Nestlé Purina Maintenance Department is building a team of technicians with a variety of skillsets including but not limited to industrial mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (motors, conveyors, bearings, gears, sprockets, valves, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automation systems, etc.). The starting pay for this position is $36.23/hr. with a strategic Maintenance Progression Plan that provides for increasing wages up to $40.37/hr., based on knowledge/skill demonstration, technical assessments and performance reviews. **RESPONSIBILITIES**

POSITION SUMMARY - Responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and HVAC utility equipment/systems.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Starts systems and observes operation.
Read gauges and instruments and adjust mechanisms to control level of fluid, pressure and temperature in system.
Maintain proper functioning of refrigeration systems, steam generation, compressed air, hot water, treated water, glycol and other systems.
Use knowledge of water chemistry to maintain and service equipment.
Maintain monitoring of utilities used by the building.
Respond to emergency calls regarding refrigeration on production floor.
Ensure continued production operation as it relates to refrigeration equipment, utilities and HVAC equipment.
Dismantle malfunctioning system and test components using electrical mechanical and pneumatic testing equipment. Troubleshoot, adjust and /or repair utility systems equipment as problems/deviations occur.
Pipefitting and plumbing repair.
Repair/rebuild pumps, valves, regulators, traps, fans, etc.
Other duties assigned.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
State of Ohio, High Pressure Boiler Operator or Third Class Stationary Engineer License is required.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Associate must have at least 3 years of experience in the operation, repair and maintenance of boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, and utility equipment/systems.
Experience in ammonia refrigeration and electrical controls preferred.
EPA refrigerant recovery certification preferred.
HAZMAT training certification preferred (will train). Must be willing and able to participate on a HAZMAT team.
Must have legible handwriting with attention to detail.
Must be able to climb stairs and stand for long periods of time.
Detect and understand warning lights, buzzers, alarms or instruments indicating hazardous conditions or circumstances which may cause equipment or product loss and physical harm.
Must observe good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
Must follow safety rules and procedures.
Must be able to work 12 hours per day on an assigned shift with some daily overtime and weekend overtime.
Must be able to work a rotating 3-4 schedule on assigned shift.

Job Description
The Tire Service Technician position is essential to our business. This person must be able to properly dismount, mount, balance, and repair Commercial Vehicle and Medium Truck tires. Employees will be responsible for all aspects of tire and related service and repair for off-the-road equipment (construction, earthmoving, mining, farm etc.) as well as other duties as assigned by the manager.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT -
Mount/Dismount/Install tires & tire/wheel assemblies
Load/Unload tires on and off trucks
Repair Tires
Follow established procedures to inspect tires and wheels before and after service.
Determine repairable tire conditions and make such repairs.
Review work orders and discuss work with supervisors.
Document work performed accurately and according to company policy.
Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools including boom cranes, cribbing, jacks, compressors, and electric and hydraulic equipment.
Unbolt and re-bolt wheels from/to equipment, using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools.
Mount and dismount any type of off-the-road tire including but not limited to multi-piece rims.
Perform emergency road service calls on nights and/or weekends on a rotating basis.
Proper maintenance of assigned service vehicle including an appearance as well as onboard service equipment and tools.
Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements pertaining to this position.
Qualifications

Ability to pass a DOT physical
