Provide minor maintenance to the building and equipment which will include but not be limited to the following: replacement of light bulbs, painting, helping to clean boilers and heating equipment, care for lawn mowers, trimmers, vacuum cleaners, and buffers.
Driving cars / trucks to pick up equipment, supplies, parts and mail.
Other related custodial and minor maintenance duties as assigned by the chief custodian, supervisor of custodians, and/or building and grounds supervisor.
Assumes other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Chief Custodian, Principal, and/or the Buildings and Grounds Supervisor.
Checks and secures building at beginning and end of shift for the purpose of ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the building.
Cleans rooms, hallways, cafeterias, restrooms, offices, stairways, and other areas of building according to school district standards.
Sweeps, mops, buffs, strips, and waxes floors.
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and blinds.
Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills.
Removes graffiti, cleans glass areas.
Replaces light bulbs.
Sets up and breaks down chairs, tables and equipment in meeting rooms, and functional rooms.
Clears snow from entrances and walks, and spreads sand and ice melting chemicals.
Performs grounds-keeping duties, clears debris and maintains grounds.
Receives deliveries and assists in unloading trucks and storing supplies.
Delivers supplies and materials to classrooms, bathrooms and other areas of the building.
Empties wastebaskets; picks up and removes trash and assists in recycling program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Below are the qualifications for this position:
High School Diploma or GED - preferred
Valid Class D Driver's License with good driving record
Have knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, equipment and procedures
Be able to perform minor maintenance
Ability to follow oral or written directions
Ability to work cooperatively with teachers, students, administrators, co-workers and the public
Have good physical health and strength to perform the routine duties of lifting and cleaning
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. Ability to perform work requiring sustained moderate physical effort, operation of commercial food service equipment, movement of objects weighing 40-50 pounds and continuous standing.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The work environment involves exposure to materials, equipment, and situations that requires following safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment. The potential for risks and hazards can be significantly minimized with proper training, skills, and proper use of safety equipment and risk management procedures.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Trainer and Mental Health Clinician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in training Department of Corrections staff and supporting programming across multiple facilities.
CRISIS INTERVENTION TEAM TRAINER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or Behavioral Health related field (licensing preferred)
Experience in Behavioral Health, Social Services, or Psych.
Previous training experience (Experience with CIT is preferred)
Experience working in a correctional mental health setting preferred.
CRISIS INTERVENTION TEAM TRAINER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Primary duties will be to provide CIT training to Department of Corrections employees or others as requested.
When not providing training, will assist various correctional sites with delivering programming to offenders, assisting with other training, or other tasks as assigned.
Works under clinical supervision of the Statewide Behavioral Health Director and requires knowledge of behavioral healthcare programs and program techniques
Performs individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate
Assists in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects
May direct special projects as requested
Participates in and conducts in-service trainings/education, as well as assists in the orientation of new staff
Documents appropriately in the Electronic Health Record

This position will be responsible for maintaining a strong and effective relationship with the Scafar team, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors/governing authorities, and clients/owners/partners.
The primary function of the Project Engineer is to assist the Project Manager (PM) and Project Superintendent (PS) with all aspects of the project including in-house (office) & on-site (field) administration, supervision and technical management of all construction operations. Responsibilities:
Provide in-home therapeutic services to families with a goal to strengthen, stabilize, and preserve the family constellation in the community setting.
Provide youth and their families with evidence-based treatments focusing on the development of effective coping skills.
Treatments will be for Healthy limit-setting, stress management, behavioral health symptom management (i.e. depression, anxiety), psychoeducation on diagnosis and self-care, and assisting families in developing conflict resolution skills.

General Summary:
The Collegiate Nursing Care Technician (CCT) position at Bayhealth is designed for student nurses in a nursing program who have successfully completed at least one semester of a medical/surgical clinical rotation. The position is year-round and offers exposure and experience in an acute care setting, preparing candidates for a career as a professional nurse. The CCT position is similar to the certified nurse assistant with duties including basic patient care, vital signs, blood glucose testing, hygiene, assistance with ADL's and comfort measures, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Department team members are authorized to have limited access to secured medication rooms to perform duties and responsibilities as defined in this job description. Any staff member requiring limited access to secured medication rooms must have a fully completed and signed Medication Security Agreement for Non-Licensed Personnel form on file and available upon request.
Responsibilities:
1. Follows plan of care established by the Registered Nurse within a specified timeframe; including, but not limited to, mouth care, bathing, AM and PM care, assistance with ambulation, transfers to chair and/or bed, taking and documenting vital signs, and recording accurate intake and output. Documents all patient care delivered according to established policies and procedures
2. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse duties such as non-sterile dressing changes, removal of indwelling urinary catheter, removal of nasogastric tube, IV access removal, bladder scans, EKG's, and the application of telemetry monitoring may be assigned.
3. Performs duties with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the assigned units
4. Communicate relevant patient information to a professional nurse within appropriate time based on level of urgency. Reports problems immediately to a professional nurse
5. Answer intercom or call lights in a timely, courteous manner, with appropriate communication to patient and/or professional nurse.
6. Performs patient care based on established guidelines to diagnostic and therapeutic exams; i.e., NPO for labs or xrays, OR, diet changes related to tests, enema-related tests.
7. Assists other members of nursing team and/or ancillary departments as requested
8. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities
Required Education, Credential(s) and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or GED , Associate Degree Must be actively enrolled in a registered nurse program and must have completed at least one rotation of medical-surgical clinical in the acute care setting.
