ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Counsels and guides supervisors and managers in employee relations issues related to job performance, employee development, safety, disciplinary action, conflict resolution, and other confidential issues.

Bachelor's degree or other degree related to business/human resources preferred.
Five years or more of HR experience, including experience in employee relations, leave administration, employee benefits, and workers' compensation required, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Exemplary knowledge of current state and federal employment laws including EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.
HR certification preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Planning:
Primary responsibility is for the success of the maintenance job planning functions
Collect and maintain all information resources needed to perform maintenance job planning.
Coordinate employee resources and work schedules in all maintenance planning functions
Estimate prep work and job labor requirements on all work orders (craft information/job hours estimate, etc.)
Work with the Maintenance Manager to determine level of job planning required

Provide feedback/information to determine spare parts requirements.
Update Spares List on equipment when necessary
Assist in providing information for parts specifications
Provide performance feedback/information when requested to regarding vendors
Assist in reviewing, analyzing and evaluating the quality, cost, availability, etc. of parts for assigned work orders
Assist in determining usage rate, reorder point, min / max, and quantity for parts and materials

JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the Maintenance team and working closely with Production Supervisors, Operators and the Quality team, the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for supporting production by keeping the equipment running at optimum efficiency and responding to and repairing “line down” issues. Key priorities include maintaining and improving machine reliability to achieve production scheduled attainment, finished product acceptability, safe plant operations, and facility food safety and security.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Diagnose and repair equipment failures typically under “line-down” pressure.
Perform scheduled and regular preventative maintenance.
Install and setup new and used equipment.
Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures, to assemble, dismantle and overhaul machinery and equipment.

JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the Maintenance team and working closely with Production Supervisors, Operators and the Quality team, the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for supporting production by keeping the equipment running at optimum efficiency and responding to and repairing line down issues. Key priorities include maintaining and improving machine reliability to achieve production scheduled attainment, finished product acceptability, safe plant operations, and facility food safety and security.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Diagnose and repair equipment failures typically under line-down pressure.
Perform scheduled and regular preventative maintenance.
Install and setup new and used equipment.
Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures, to assemble, dismantle and overhaul machinery and equipment.
Fabricate, such as cutting, layout, welding, fitting, machining for the purpose of upgrading/customizing the repair of production equipment.
Follow work assignments as specified and detailed on work orders or from the direction of the team lead or Maintenance Manager; includes the documentation of that work.
Requisition necessary parts and materials for repairs within appropriate timeframes.
Comply with OSHA and other government regulations in regards to equipment safety and machine safeguarding.
Provide reliable and accurate information to Maintenance Supervisor to ensure line efficiency and communicate end of shift pass downs.
Work to ensure minimum downtime is experienced through effective organization and time management.
Complete shift documentation accurately and adhere to all daily standard work.
Adhere to GMP (good manufacturing practice) guidelines.
Follow all appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP's)
Responsible for the health and safety of self and co-workers.
Perform routine housekeeping of assigned work area and adjacent areas.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Must be 18 years of age.
Minimum of 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience required.
Experience in a manufacturing/food production environment preferred; self-directed work team experience a plus.
Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, and electrical systems.
Ability and experience driving a forklift, elevated platform/boom lift.
Must have excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, be motivated to learn, and be self-disciplined and reliable.
Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment, set priorities to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, and show good judgement when making decisions and solving problems under pressure.
Will be required to supply your own tools.
