ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Operate in work groups and monitors processes within an assigned area of responsibility
Load and unload items from machines and conveyors
Feed materials through production equipment
Monitor and inspect products to verify conformance to quality and safety standards
Operate equipment while evaluating product or package quality
Transfers finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucks
Remove products, machine attachments, or waste material from machines
Initiates cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas
Ensures daily housekeeping duties are completed thoroughly and correctly
Responsible for reporting food safety issues following established SOPs and GMPs; escalates serious or unresolved issues to Lead Trainers or acting Supervisors.
Participate in start-ups, shut-downs, changeovers and cleans; contributes to ensure efficiency and on-time completion.
Assist in ensuring new team members are learning and consistently following SOPs, GMPs and other safety and food safety guidelines or regulations. May be responsible to cross-train or onboard new
Monitor, track and record observations and contribute to problem solving, process stability, and variance reduction
Adhere to Personnel, Food Safety and Safety policies, paying special attention to recipe adherence and lot code tracking
Record down-time causes, perform minor troubleshooting
Report malfunction or problems to Lead Trainers and/or Supervisors, immediately
Complete all operation-specific data collection throughout shift, with integrity, accurately and on time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to understand and communicate work instructions in English
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing/food production environment is helpful but not required
High mechanical aptitude is essential for this position

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

By partnering with world-class Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing teams, we leverage cutting-edge tools and data-driven insights to deliver exceptional performance and measurable impact across major search engines and dynamic digital ecosystems
About the Role:
* Craft and implement SEO strategies tailored to the business needs and objectives.
* Take a business-focused and strategic approach to SEO, conducting high business impact actions, digging into SEO tools, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
* Assess competitors' strategies to determine strengths and weaknesses, enabling the activation of innovative approaches.
* Dive into technical SEO aspects: website structure, web architecture, WPO, structured data, crawl budget optimization, backlink profiles, log analysis…etc
* Drive content SEO by conducting thorough keyword research to cover new business and content opportunities analyzing and optimizing user intent with a focus on business growth.
* Monitor organic performance, competitor benchmark and stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
* Conducting in-depth traffic and conversion analyses in international markets to extract valuable insights regarding SEO and landing page effectiveness.
* Provide international SEO approaches, showcasing adaptability and cross-cultural competence.
* Working closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure the effective implementation of SEO strategies.
About You:
* Proven experience in SEO role (at least 5 years)
* You are based in Madrid or willing to relocate to work closely with the team.
* Proactive and independent with strong self-management skills, excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
* Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics and metrics with the ability to make data-driven recommendations of actions
* Possess up-to-date knowledge and maintain current SEO practices
* Proficient with common SEO tools.
* Strong personal ownership, high level of initiative and work well in a team environment
* Proficient in using Google Spreadsheets
* Excellent English written and oral communication skills
* Strong technical skills (Crawling, HTML, CSS, CDN performance, APIs Automation…)
