Mr. Gorman, who was born in Australia, earned a B.A. and Law degree from the University of Melbourne and an M.B.A. from Columbia University

Tiku directs PRA’s acquisition of non-performing consumer loans from leading banks and financial institutions across Europe, as well as all customer operations in Europe. He served as chief operating officer for PRA Group Europe from 2014 until being named CEO of PRA Group Europe in January 2016. He joined PRA in 2014 from Aktiv Kapital, where he was group chief operating officer since 2008. Before joining Aktiv, Tiku was managing director, UK & Ireland, for Experian. He previously served as managing director for Barclays Premier Banking, and chief operating officer for Barclays Medium Business and Agriculture Banking. His prior roles include various leadership positions with Kingfisher plc (including finance director, eKingfisher and head of brand and strategic marketing, Woolworths) and Redland PLC. He has a master’s degree in mathematics from The Queen’s College, Oxford University, studied the Programme for Management Development at Harvard, and is a qualified accountant.
