Working alongside volunteers, board, and staff, Ms. Midyette led the organization through significant growth successfully accomplishing a number of important initiatives including the consolidation of councils, conducting a capital campaign to build the organization’s first headquarters facility, implementing a state-of-the-art information systems network, increasing contributed income, growing girl membership and leading the organization through the important work of strategic planning. Ms. Midyette also spent over 18 years with Sprint holding a number of positions with increasing responsibility providing leadership direction for sales and marketing and incorporating matrix management responsibilities in the areas of product management, engineering and design, and customer support..
