Bridgeway Academy is seeking individuals that are passionate about caring for children on the Autism Spectrum and providing the highest quality of services to students with special needs. Certified and Non-Certified Teachers will work closely under the supervision of a certified BACB professional implementing the principles of ABA along with teaching alongside other professionals in the classroom. They will develop, plan and implement curriculum, lesson plans and educational programs for students within their classrooms. They will present and reinforce learning concepts within a specified subject or subject area providing modifications when necessary. They will provide ABA interventions that encourage socially acceptable replacement behaviors so that students can build and improve upon their communication, social interaction, academic and problem solving skills. They will be responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful classroom environment in order to optimize student capabilities and exemplify our organizational core values.
