As the Administrative Support, you will perform a variety of routine office support work and clerical tasks in partnership with our elite team of professionals who provide hope and restoration to youth who are often mislabeled and misjudged.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Performs a variety of routine office support work and clerical tasks according to procedures, rules and methods that can be readily learned on the job.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives and transfers business calls on a multi-line phone system, provides information and answers general inquiries about BCH services and programs, and transfers calls to proper sources.
Prepares written correspondence under confidentiality requirements to communicate with referral sources, court representatives, clients, and other community contacts.
Greets the clients and the general public. Assists clients and general public with filling out paperwork and forms; directs clients to appropriate staff.
Schedules appointments for clients with appropriate staff members; maintains office schedules and calendars.
Checks clients in for individual and group appointments.
Accepts client payments and provides receipts of both payment and the client encounter. Enters payment data into the client database.
Operates standard office equipment (copier, fax, word processor) with minimal instruction.
Files to existing filing systems distribute and process mail, urinalysis results, correspondence, and materials.
Acts as a liaison for clients, personnel, and referral sources.
Completes client enrollment process by entering new or returning client demographic, payer and program information into the client database.
Administers and processes all petty cash transactions according to the policies and procedures set by the Finance department.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Attends staff meetings and works as a team member to identify and implement quality of services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience, Education and Credentials
Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of relevant experience performing front desk receptionist or clerical work.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong computer and time management skills are required to work effectively.
Intermediate understanding of federal and state confidentiality, record retention and HIPAA requirements.
Other Required Qualifications
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Specialized equipment used in this job.
Personal computer for word processing and multi-line telephone for answering telephone calls.

Primary Purpose
The Peer Navigator position partners with a counselor and supports our treatment programs at Bridgeway Community Health. The person in this position will be the first point of contact with all incoming clients and focus on developing supportive relationships with potential and current clients. The mentor will help potential clients enroll in services and connect them to a primary counselor. Advocacy and community education is another aspect of this role which includes providing information and resources to community organizations, around addiction and referral to services. The mentor will work in collaboration with the counselor to provide a treatment team approach to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Transports and escorts clients to various appointments related to treatment using personal or company vehicles.
Demonstrates, through role-modeling, recovery practices including pro-social thinking and behavior. Provides day-to-day coaching on these practices to clients.
Assists clients in securing community resources and support.
Connects clients to other community resources such as 12 Step support meetings, medical/dental services, etc. Assists the treatment team in documenting the progress of the client to completion of the program including coordination of services with criminal justice partners.
Facilitates mentor support groups.
Coordinates with team members, community partners to assist the primary counselor in developing specific treatment plans, intervention strategies, and discharge planning.
Coordinates appropriate case management referrals.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Attends staff meetings and works as a team member to identify and implement quality of services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Experience, Education and Credentials
Peer Support Specialist (PSS) Certification or Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM) with the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO). Traditional Health Worker (THW) with The Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI) is preferred.
Personal experience with addiction and recovery processes.
Experience in assessing and diagnosing substance use disorders preferred.
Experience must demonstrate knowledge of approaches to support others in addiction recovery and resiliency; competence in mentoring self-directed recovery; and competence in mentoring and transitional integration services for clients in the criminal justice system.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have the ability to work flexible hours.
Must be able to work independently, have effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills.
Must be able to use a computer with well-developed relevant word processing skills.
Basic understanding of ASAM PPC-2R and DSM.
A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

What You'll Do:
Maintains patient medical records, updating patient medical history and vital signs as needed.

Qualifications
Clinical Psychologist Requirements:
Education: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
Experience Preferred: One year's clinical experience working within a multidisciplinary team in primary care or other medical settings, providing diagnostic and psychological assessments for primary care-based positions. One year's clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families in specialty behavioral health settings.
Licenses/Registration: Licensed Psychologist within the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire.
Master's Level Therapist Requirements
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Experience Required: Two years of postgraduate/master's experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbance; such experience must have been gained under the supervision of a mental health professional. Washington State designation as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) may be substituted for this experience requirement.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire. One of the following licenses is required for this position (must apply for within one week of hire if the license is not current):

In this pivotal role, you will oversee our Co-Occurring Outpatient treatment program, ensuring unparalleled support and guidance for our clients and staff.
Primary Purpose
Under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health, the clinical supervisor supervises all clinical aspects of the treatment program by directing, supervising, and monitoring the work of clinical staff in providing treatment services and aftercare planning for assigned clients. This position will help develop and implement the program for licensed clinicians.
Essential Duties
Contributes to the development, implementation and maintenance of a program for licensed clinicians.
Collaborates with the program director and counselor(s) to determine a continuum of care for program participants.
Directs program counseling staff in the day-to-day provision of client-centered, family-focused, trauma-informed services.
Reviews curricula and other program materials for clinical appropriateness and approves the acquisition of all new curricula and other programming materials.
Ensures that counseling staff have been adequately trained in using any curriculum delivered to clients.
Supervises clinical staff in developing individualized and clinically appropriate treatment plans.
Reviews and approves all clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, service notes, etc., per agency policy or protocol) and conducts regular quality assurance and quality improvement reviews to ensure that all appropriate record-keeping is performed on a timely basis.
Assesses and evaluates staff; develops methods to use and enhance strengths and address any needed staff improvement.
Addresses any client complaints or special needs of a client or family as indicated.
Provides ongoing client surveys to identify changing needs and the effectiveness of services.
Conducts regular chart reviews, ensuring that all appropriate record-keeping is performed on a timely basis and that all governing agency regulations are met.
Attends meetings and participates in discussions concerning the revision, improvement and expansion of existing programs and offers recommendations.
Participates in quality assurance, quality improvement, and utilization review activities and recommends to the program director a plan of correction.
Maintains program compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules.
Initiates requisitions for hiring, participates in the interview process, makes recommendations for hiring, and develops an onboarding training plan for new clinical staff.
Coordinates & assigns staff training within Relias Online Learning or to internal or external training events.
Ensures coverage of all scheduled activities (this can include providing group facilitation and other clinical work as needed).
Attends staff meetings and works as a member of the leadership team.
Manages staff timecards, including time off requests.
Coordinates and maintains a working relationship with all referral sources.
Qualifications
A master's degree in behavioral health or counseling.
In addition to formal education, the qualified candidate will have at least three years of counseling experience and a CADC II or higher.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong computer and time management skills are required to work effectively.
Advanced understanding of ASAM and DSM-5 required.
Intermediate understanding of Oregon Administrative Rules preferred.
The qualified candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Primary Purpose
The Protected Health Information Records Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of Quality Assurance by ensuring effective communication, efficient workflow, and consistent service delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews client chart closures to ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational policies, and regulatory standards.
Audits closed charts for timeliness, completeness, and quality; identify discrepancies or missing elements and works with providers/staff to resolve issues.
Generates and issues completion certificates for finalized services, programs, or treatment episodes, ensuring documentation aligns with compliance and quality standards.
Participates in quality improvement and compliance initiatives as needed.
Maintains accurate and confidential documentation consistent with HIPPA, 42CFR Part 2, and organizational standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Experience, Education, and Credentials
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative support role strongly preferred.
Certification in protected health information management a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative tools.
