BEYOND JUST A PAYCHECK, EMPLOYMENT PROMOTES A SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT, HOPE, SELF-RESPECT AND VALID PARTICIPATION IN THE WORKFORCE AND COMMUNITY.
