Mr. Hanspal served as Chief Executive Officer at Bright Machines, Inc., a software company that focuses on factory automation combining robotics, machine vision and machine learning software, from May 2018 to December 2021. Before that, Mr. Hanspal served as co-CEO at Autodesk from February 2017 to June 2017, where he was instrumental in transitioning the company from an on-premise technology and software licensing model to a SaaS-based products and subscription model. Before that, he held roles at Autodesk that included Chief Product Officer from November 2011 to February 2017, Senior Vice President of Platform Solutions and Emerging Business, and Vice President of Collaboration Solutions. Mr. Hanspal was the Co-Founder and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for RedSpark, Inc., which focused on collaborative product development applications for the discrete manufacturing industry. Mr. Hanspal holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Bombay University and a M.S. in mechanical engineering from State University of New York at Stony Brook. He has also completed the executive managerial program at Stanford University.

Tzahi is a global operations expert who specializes in complex supply chain, manufacturing, distribution and services. Most recently, he was president of worldwide manufacturing operations at Flex, where he was responsible for more than 150,000 employees, 100 sites and $20 billion in revenue. Before that, he founded Uniskor, an electronic manufacturing services provider, which was acquired by Flex in 2000. He has also held leadership positions in operations and engineering at ECI. Tzahi holds a practical engineering degree in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University and has completed executive managerial and business innovation leadership programs from MIT and Stanford.

Fiorella is a seasoned Silicon Valley executive with extensive experience spanning operations, human resources and executive development. Most recently, she focused her efforts on coaching executives at several Fortune 500 tech companies. She co-founded DigitalPersona and grew the company from startup to profitability. Earlier in her career, Fiorella was a member of the executive team at Logitech, Inc., where she held several management positions in operations and administration in support of the company’s rapid worldwide expansion, including setting up manufacturing operations. Fiorella graduated magna cum laude with a doctorate in psychology from the University of Rome.

Michael is an experienced finance professional and tech industry veteran with over 20 years of building teams, driving transformational change, and instituting operational efficiency. Prior to joining Bright Machines, he was the President of STANLEY X, the digital innovation group and internal startup incubator within Stanley Black & Decker. He was also the CFO for Stanley’s $1.6B Emerging Markets business, where he had financial oversight over all countries outside of North America and Europe. Previously, Michael ran R&D Finance and held leadership positions in Corporate FP&A and Operations at Apple and spent over 13 years at Intel in various finance and strategy roles, with a particular focus on supporting manufacturing operations. He also worked internationally, in China, Malaysia, and the Philippines, for over a decade. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Cornell University.

Brian is a technology futurist who has spent three decades architecting cloud and desktop software for designers and engineers. Most recently, he led a 500-person platform group at Autodesk that was responsible for software development, cloud operations, product security and compliance. Previously, he led software teams developing 3D reality capture, computer graphics, augmented reality, data compression and other products. Brian holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in electrical engineering, both from Cornell University.

Caroline Pan is a Chief Marketing Officer at Bright Machines and Mentor at Chinaccelerator and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has worked as Tech Consultant, Startup Board Advisor & Angel Investor at Independent; Senior Director China Strategy Office at INTEL CORP; and Vice President Global Strategy, Innovation & Ventures at Honeywell International Inc.. Caroline attended Harvard Business School between 1999 and 2001 and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) between 1991 and 1995.

Bill is an enterprise technology veteran who is energized by working with customers to solve modern manufacturing challenges. He has worked worldwide in technology sales to manufacturers for over twenty years. Having led global sales organizations at Aspen Technology, Autodesk, and Xerox, Bill has learned that that teamwork and customer success orientation are the long-term keys to success. He was most recently a partner in TechCXO LLC a management consulting firm which helps technology start-ups and high growth companies achieve their goals. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration BS in Marketing from Wilkes University.
