Your Role at KIK The Blow Mold Packer is responsible for inspecting and packing plastic bottles, monitoring automated equipment to prevent jams, and reporting any defects or machine issues. The role supports smooth production flow by keeping lines clear, labeling finished goods accurately, assisting with inventory counts, and ensuring materials and equipment are ready for each shift. With a competitive pay rate of $18.00 hour, this position offers the chance to develop your career while working 3rd shift: Monday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am. What You'll Be Doing * Lifts and transports bundles of corrugated bulk containers filled with plastic bottles, assembles them into grouped boxes, and secures them with twine. * Inspects plastic bottles for defects such as holes, surface lines, or water spots, and packs all approved bottles into boxes. * Monitors automated machinery to prevent operational jams. * Notifies the supervisor of any defective bottles or equipment malfunctions. * Ensures conveyor belts remain clear of excess bottles. * Operates the bagger machine as required. * Alerts appropriate personnel when additional raw materials are needed. * Tracks the number of bottles produced during each shift. * Accurately labels boxes or bags with the correct date and shift identification, following designated color-coding requirements. * Supports departmental inventory activities and performs routine record-keeping tasks. Position Summary The Jack Driver is responsible for moving product in and out of the coolers/freezers and to different areas in the plant with an electric/manual jack. This role will be responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks and special projects. Repairs, installs, and adjusts machinery and equipment, performing parts replacement, routine and preventative maintenance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Ability to read and understand English and can identify items on paperwork. * Can communicate verbally with supervisors and associates. * Must have the ability to be trained to use an electric jack safely. * Must have the ability to work overtime as needed. * Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded & transported to the necessary area. * Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment. * Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment: Stencil, tag, or mark orders as requested. * Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary. Report quality variances. * Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Additional Duties and Responsibilities * Constant walking throughout the plant picking and delivering products. * Must be able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs. * Work in a damp and cold environment * Bending, standing * Willingness to work. * Other job duties as needed or assigned by Supervisor. Work Environment: Required to access the poultry production environment. Must be able to tolerate the varying heat, wet, and chill of the plant. Hearing and eye protective equipment required in the production area. Required to wear hair and beard nets in the production area.     The Packaging Associate is an entry-level position and is responsible for fully support and contributing to the efforts of the packaging team as it executes the daily packaging needs and goals. Cleaning and sanitizing kegs needed for meeting production needs. Taping of boxes once completely packaged. Wrapping and placing completed pallets into bonded inventory based on Logistics Coordinator's needs and preferences. Assist in inventory management as needed Help in the brewery as needed. General cleaning of packaging and production area. Breaking down boxes and discarding them as needed. Requirements Qualifications High School graduate. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Superior standard of sanitation and cleanliness. Proficient writing and math skills. Computer skills and software. Work efficiently and with urgency to achieve daily goals. Functions extremely well in a team-based environment. Ability to adapt under short notice. Physical Demands This position can routinely be physically demanding in nature and involves working with potentially dangerous equipment, machinery, exposure to high noise levels, and handling of hazardous materials. Stands and/or traverses the brewery for long periods of time (8-10 hours per day). Routinely bends, moves, transports, or lifts 60 pounds and moves 165 pounds safely. Occasionally climbs ladders.
