We are looking for a RN for Private Duty NursingHome Cases Come pursue your passion with a flexible schedule while meeting our patient's needs. Our LPN's provide services in the comfort of the patient's own home and are responsible for delivering quality care, appropriately and compassionately. We are looking to add enthusiastic members to join our independently owned and operated home health agency.
Position Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Assist DON in establishment of plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes
Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in the OhioNurse Practice Act
Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
We service Northeast Ohio and require:
Unencumbered license as a Registered accredited nursing program and 1 year of nursing experience required (minimally)
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
MRDD experience preferred
Trach care experience
Reliable transportation and travel time of up to 20-30 minutes required to provide care for our clients (must have active driver's license and proof of auto insurance)

Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
Experience as a caregiver in a homecare setting or skilled facility
Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
