Administrative clerk needed part time to full time to assist Branch Manager with administrative and clerical support for day to day operations. Schedule Varies : Monday thru Friday 8:30am-12:30Pm potentially Monday thru Friday 8:30am -5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
Administrative clerk will assist with payroll and billing activities.
Provide support for accounts receivables including data entry for payment postings.
Accounts payable activities including review and scheduling invoices for payment.
Help maintain employee and client records including keeping certifications and credentials current and up to date.
Assist in maintaining regular contact with current clients and employees on a weekly and monthly basis.
Filing records including scanning and uploading documents, managing faxes and scheduling meetings.
Responsible for office supply inventory.
Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages and on-boarding new hires.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
Proven self starter with some experience with book keeping.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Must pass Back ground check and drug screen.
