Requirements: Current unrestricted RN license in the state of South Carolina Certified CPR and negative 2 step TB skin test or chest x-ray Minimum five (2) years of documented nursing experience with backgrounds n Med/Surg, Pediatrics, School Nurse, Emergency, ICU, Skilled Nursing Facility, Home Health/Hospice (with Homecare Homebase/OASIS documentation experience) IV Insertion experience Licensed driver with valid auto insurance and reliable vehicle Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
