As a global business leader, I have a keen interest in envisioning the future of technology and collaborating to design patents and business models to harness opportunities emerging from the convergence of telecommunications, wireless and the IOT.Currently an EVP and Board Member with Brightstar, a $10B mobile technology company, I collaborate with our CEO to conceive, develop and accelerate our strategy and internal messaging for diversification, expansion into adjacent markets and overall business growth. Recent initiatives have included enterprise-wide business pivots from B2B to B2C clients and from product distribution to technology-based service solutions. I also manage $100M+ in spending, lead a staff of more than 100 team members, lead Human Resources organization, oversee M&A transactions and private equity-backed partnerships and run our global compliance program across 50+ countries.One of my core values is diversity in background and thought across the very highest levels of an organization, which in turn supports sustainable marketplace wins through a deep-seated connection to customer needs and demographics.

Joe Kalinoski is a Chief Financial Officer at Brightstar Corp and is based in Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area. He has worked as VP Finance at Kraft Foodservice, SFO/VP Finance at Conagra Grocery Products, and VP Finance at CONAGRA BRANDS INC.. Joe studied at Bloomsburg University between 1978 and 1981 and Katz Graduate School of Business between 1982 and 1983.

Rangaswamy Rajamanickam is a Chief Technology Officer, Consumer Solutions at Brightstar Corp and is based in Greater Atlanta Area. He has worked as Senior Director, Software Development at Brightstar Corp; Senior Application Developer at Russell Corporation, Division of Fruit of the Loom; and Senior Developer/Manager of Software Research Center at AFLAC INC. Rangaswamy studied at GEORGIA INSTITUTE OF TECH between 1989 and 1995, PSG College of Technology, and IIT Delhi.
