There are some good people trying to do the right things for the business and the customers

Leadership is poor. The culture is very exclusionary and lacks professionalism. Collaboration is performed by yelling at each other.

Understaffed. There are not enough health workers in the nation and pay is to low for the low level positions.

I get to leave each day. The people don't like each other and the company that owns Brightstar doesn't want them.

Great company to work for.
