**Duties and Responsibilities:**

**You'd be responsible for multiple management roles which include:**

+ Reporting job status and daily hours to the management team.
**You might be a good fit if you have:**
+ 2 Years plus of landscape install experience.
+ 1-year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew.
+ Knowledge of plants and landscape construction materials.
+ The ability to estimate timelines during a construction project.
+ The ability to take in depth measurements, and convert them to volume and/or area.
+ The ability to deal with deadlines and changes.
+ The ability to manage multiple staff members efficiently.
**You must have the following:**
+ A valid Driver's license and a chauffeurs license may be required and a DOT medical card or the ability to pass a DOT screening, **which does include a Drug Test** .
+ The ability to pass random drug screenings.
+ The ability to operate phone-based applications to report your teams' daily hours, and your daily DOT startup and shutdown.
+ Multiple years of heavy equipment operation.
