This company is an absolute disaster! They hire managerial staff with no experience that create problems for staff because they don't know how to manage. The culture is also awful! A waitstaff is waiting tables and taking care of guests. The 10am start to the day is overkill, along with the setup of the restaurant. They offered bo training meals during my grueling training period, which further goes to door show the company sucks.

The company doesn’t care at all about employees and is willing to cut any corners possible to save them money and everyone else work harder
