Brinker International CEO and leadership

Wyman T. Roberts currently serves as CEO and President of Brinker International, Inc., who owns or franchises nearly 1,600 restaurants around the globe on behalf of the company’s Chili’s® Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy® brands.



Wyman joined Brinker in August 2005 as Senior Vice President and Maggiano’s Little Italy® President. In March 2009, he added Brinker Chief Marketing Officer (for Chili’s Grill & Bar, Maggiano’s Little Italy and On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina) to his responsibilities. In November 2009, he was promoted to President of the Chili’s brand. Wyman assumed the responsibilities of CEO and President of Brinker International in January 2013.



During his tenure, Wyman has been a positive force in leading Chili’s and Brinker’s turnaround and driving shareholder value. Most recently, he’s overseen a dramatic re-energizing of almost every aspect of Chili’s, one of America’s iconic restaurant brands. As brand President of Maggiano’s, Wyman established structured guiding principles and a brand identity, creating a strong foundation for the positive momentum Maggiano’s is enjoying currently as the brand returns to growth.



Wyman earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Master’s of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He plays a key role in Brinker’s community outreach, including leading companywide support of national charities such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and the Make-A-Wish Foundation®.

Charlie Lousignont is a Senior VP/Chief Supply Chain Ofcr at Brinker International and Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management at Brinker International and is based in Dallas, Texas. He has worked as Chief Procurement Officer at Centralized Supply Chain Services; Vice President, Procurement, QA & R&D at Fazoli's Restaurants LLC; and Senior Director of Procurement & Distribution at Long John Silver's. Charlie attended University of Miami Herbert Business School between 1981 and 1982 and UCF College of Business between 1977 and 1981.

Pankaj Patra is a SVP/CIO at Brinker International and is based in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. He has worked as Sr Mgr Enterprise Development at On The Border, Vice President Information Technology at Brinker International, and Director BI and Analytics at Brinker International. Pankaj attended SMU between 2008 and 2010 and National Institute of Technology Rourkela between 1995 and 1999.

Joe Taylor is an Executive Vice President and CFO at Brinker International and Board Member at Natl Restaurant Assn Educational Foundation and is based in Dallas, Texas. He has worked as VP:IR/Treasurer at Brinker International. Joseph studied at Duke University between 1977 and 1981.

Wade Allen is the Senior Vice President and Head of Innovation for Brinker International and has extensive knowledge in restaurant and retail innovation with 18+ years of experience driving transformative strategy and solutions. Prior to his current role, Wade served as the Chief Digital Officer / Chief Information Officer for Brinker. Wade is recognized for building innovative digital and mobile customer experiences using integrated marketing, data, and emerging technologies. Prior to Brinker, Wade worked for CouponFactory a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rockfish Interactive, as the President and General Manager. Wade specializes in restaurant and retail innovation, information technology, data security, customer loyalty, digital transformation, mobility, digital strategy, and advanced analytics.
