In November 2009, he was promoted to President of the Chili’s brand. Wyman assumed the responsibilities of CEO and President of Brinker International in January 2013.



During his tenure, Wyman has been a positive force in leading Chili’s and Brinker’s turnaround and driving shareholder value. Most recently, he’s overseen a dramatic re-energizing of almost every aspect of Chili’s, one of America’s iconic restaurant brands. As brand President of Maggiano’s, Wyman established structured guiding principles and a brand identity, creating a strong foundation for the positive momentum Maggiano’s is enjoying currently as the brand returns to growth.



Wyman earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Master’s of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He plays a key role in Brinker’s community outreach, including leading companywide support of national charities such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and the Make-A-Wish Foundation®.
