As a coordinator of many projects which includes project planning, scheduling, monitoring and executing, you will be paramount in delivering technology infrastructure solutions to our Nationwide Corporate IT clients. You will be working with 100s of our clients and 1000s of our external technical contractors alongside our internal service department, dispatch teams and other functional areas. Credentials and Experience: An associates or bachelor's degree with at least 3 years experience managing external facing IT projects is strongly preferred. 1-3 years Call Center, Contact Center and/or high volume phone support experience is greatly preferred.
