Drive a tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer to transport product in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Follow MPC and site specific standard operating procedures for the loading and offloading process.
Perform post-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and DOT regulations. Complete all regulatory and customary paperwork. Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
Communicate all incidents, including safety and environmental concerns, according to company procedures.
Report all equipment issues in a timely manner.
Follow, maintain, and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations.
Physical Requirements Include
Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.

How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.

Our headquarters are located in Seward, Nebraska, just outside of Lincoln, Nebraska. When traveling west we go no farther than Salt Lake City, Utah, South to Dallas and Austin Texas, Savannah, Georgia as far East as Harrisonburg, Virginia, and north to Chicago, Illinois and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Trucks:
Fleet consists of later model Internationals LT and Volvos VNL 780 and 860
Seward Motor Freight can be traced back to the early 1940's when the company was founded by Willard and Wanda Miers as a LTL (less than a truck load) operation to transport freight between Omaha and Seward, Nebraska. Wayne and Joanie Tanderup purchased and incorporated the business in 1969 and developed the growth of the company throughout the 1970's. In 1987 Seward Motor Freight, Inc. acquired long haul permits from the I.C.C. (Interstate Commerce Commission) to haul general commodities throughout the continental United States, changing the dynamics of the company to a TL (truck load) carrier.
During the 1980's Seward Motor Freight, Inc. acquired several trucking companies expanding their base of operations and products available to haul. We currently are a dry box van operation hauling general commodities, no haz-mat, with authority to all 48 states, however have limited areas for travel in the United States as described above.

**Overview**
The Sales Consultant represents Southern Glazer's in the market as a member of the Southern Glazer's family. This individual is passionate, innovative, and self-motivated with a business-oriented and customer-focused mindset. The Sales Consultant's primary responsibilities are to visit the customer, have the right consultative sales conversations, and increase sales revenue. Face-to-face consultative selling built on trusting relationships drives maximum value to our customer and supplier partners as well as to the SGWS organization.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
+ Discover and identify customer business growth needs
+ Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business
+ Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better achieve objectives
+ Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in CRM (Proof)
+ Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer business growth plan
+ Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering previous visit outcomes and document in CRM (Proof)
+ Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and correctly present and position them in each account
+ Propose selling solutions to each customer and win the sale using consultative selling skills
+ Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management
+ Manage customer issue resolution, seek additional opportunities to support the customer's needs, and support business growth by providing customers with useful information and guidance
+ Adapt the selling approach based on each customer's buying styles and individual business needs
+ Be knowledgeable and experienced in all accounts staying current with what competitors are offering and how SGWS products are positioned relative to the competition
+ Document and maintain account- and customer-specific information in CRM (Proof)
+ Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events as required

THE JOB DESCRIPTION: The Mechanical Project Manager (Levels I, II, III) reports directly to the Operations Manager and is accountable for the successful completion of projects, including internal and external customer satisfaction. The position interacts with all internal departments and field supervision, inspectors, owners, and general contractors/construction managers from project start up to project close out.

Support client in understanding and consideration of all warranty issues

WHAT YOU BRING:

Manage the participation in regulatory inspections.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or related field preferred.
5+ years managing an EHS department in a manufacturing setting, with EHS related degree, or
10+ years of experience managing a discipline within a manufacturing environment, or
EH&S management in a union setting preferred
