Position: Medical Science Liaison, Rheumatology Location: Field - San Diego, CA/AZ/NM The MSL role embodies our medical mission to be recognized as the trusted partner for internal stakeholders and the healthcare community, driving scientific exchange to enhance medical education, data generation, insight generation and patients' access to medicine. Key Responsibilities The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a member of a field-based team who function as an extension of the US Medical Affairs organization. MSLs are responsible for developing and enhancing professional relationships with medical thought leaders involved in various phases of product development. MSLs provide medical information through scientific exchange in a fair-balanced manner and provide clinical/scientific support for Bristol Myers Squibb and the Medical Affairs department at the direction of Medical Affairs management. This is position requires professionals with established personal and scientific creditability, deep understanding of the therapeutic landscape and excellent communication skills to interact with thought leaders. The Senior Specialist, Senior Buyer will report to the Associate Director, Procurement, and will maintain strong alignment to the pharmaceutical operations network strategy and initiatives. This role will work directly with manager level cross-functional stakeholders including operations, supply chain, stakeholders at the site and within the network to lead and execute operational buying, procurement, inventory management, and warehousing & logistics, related activities. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
