**Description**

The Senior Associate Director, Oncology Sales is responsible for the management of his/her assigned field sales representatives. The incumbent will prepare, present and execute regional level plans at the direction of the sales leader as well as coach oncology sales consultants to strategically engage with external stakeholders within their targeted accounts to assure maximum distribution and market penetration of BIPI and co-promoted products within BIPI guidelines, policies and directives This role will establish and maintain strategic relationships with KEEs within their region and serve as lead for other identified thought leaders. The incumbent will develop, continually update, and execute strategic account plans with top accounts within assigned region.
The SR AD, Oncology Sales ensures equal and consistent application of established policies and procedures in the management of employees to meet or exceed sales goals. The incumbent maintains an in-depth knowledge of the regional and national marketplace trends to accurately assess needs and capabilities of the oncology sales consultants. This position works cross functionally with internal stakeholders to drive strategic customer engagement and product adoption.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Develops, enhances, and increases BIPI oncology region sales performance to meet or exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives.
+ Exercises fiscal control on allocated operating budgets.
+ Recruits and selects applicants from a pool of qualified candidates to ensure all allocated positions are filled.
+ Effectively administers salary and reward programs.
+ Utilizes appropriate data sources to develop region strategic plans and to manage region at a high level of productivity.

**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
+ Minimum of eight (8) years US pharmaceutical sales, marketing, healthcare, or managed care with a minimum of three (3) years in; Oncology, rare disease and/or account management experience calling on C and D Suite customers across Integrated Delivery Networks.
+ History of leading a sales team or successful completion of Boehringer's New Leader Development course.
+ History of successful performance, including recent launch experience.
+ Ability to engage in and coach sales consultants using company provided resources.
+ Strong account management skills with the ability to prepare and present account plans internally and externally.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
+ Has deep product knowledge and is up to date in the rapidly evolving oncology marketplace.
+ Ability to effectively coach consultants and enable rich discussions with a broad range of oncology customers and multiple platforms.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications.
+ Ability to travel (up to 50%) including significant overnight travel.
+ Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.

The Regional Therapy Advancement Manager (RTAM) is a field-based marketing role within Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology (EP), combining both sales and marketing responsibilities. Reporting to the Area Therapy Advancement Manager, this position is part of the U.S. Commercial Marketing organization. All activities are closely aligned with U.S. Commercial Marketing the Field Sales Organization to ensure maximum effectiveness in expanding patient access to care to therapies including cardiac catheter ablation. The RTAM will lead regional execution strategies and optimize resource utilization in partnership with key business stakeholders, including Professional Education, Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA), and Strategic Customer Group (SCG).
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Drive Awareness and Access to Therapy: Engage hospital administrators, physicians, and patients to increase understanding of cardiac arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation (AFib), and available treatment options including catheter ablation.
* Analyze Market Dynamics: Assess hospital and provider-side market dynamics, uncover gaps in operational efficiency and patient care, and deploy Therapy Advancement tools to expand patient access.
* Educate Referral Networks: Provide education and resources to Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, and Emergency Medicine Physicians on ablation procedures, benefits, and outcomes to enhance understanding and maximize patient pathways to care.
* Develop Strategic Business Plans: Collaborate with Area Therapy Advancement Managers and field sales teams to create and execute compliant, data-driven territory plans that achieve business objectives to expand patient access to care.
* Present Health Economic Insights: Deliver complex health economic information to influential stakeholders including physician leaders, hospital executives, and their business partners in a way that is engaging, credible, and easily understood.
* Advocate for Electrophysiology Programs: Engage health system administration and hospital leadership to gain alignment on projects and advocate for programs that can accelerate access to care and improve patient outcomes.
* Communicate Routinely with Field and Leadership: Maintain regular communication with all members of the sales team and Johnson & Johnson MedTech EP leadership as outlined to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
* Advance Market Presence: Execute national, regional, and local promotional campaigns to drive awareness and business opportunities for Johnson & Johnson MedTech EP within the electrophysiology marketplace.

The Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) is responsible for providing fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and to internal partners as required by scientific and business needs. Purpose:
Reporting to the Spine Enabling Technologies Leader, the Capital Equipment Sales Manager will serve as the point person for end-to-end commercialization. This will include sales and capital program management for all DePuy Synthes capital platforms in Spine, including technologies accessed through internal and external, current and future partnerships. The Capital Equipment Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for developing and executing business plans for assigned territories, strategizing and delivering technology demonstrations, presenting customers with various capital equipment acquisition options, and driving the capital sales process to completion. This position will coordinate efforts with local implant clinical selling teams and Strategic Customer Group account leaders to ensure the customer achieves the desired performance goals for implant performance-based programs.
You will be responsible for:
* Develop and execute quarterly business plans for targeted accounts for the assigned portfolio of capital equipment in partnership with local Spine field sales organization and SCG leadership.
* Develop relationships with both clinical and economic champions at new and existing accounts to best understand customer needs, capital buying cycle, preferred mode of new technology acquisition. Identify and convert capital sales and program opportunities in the assigned territory.

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Computed Tomography portfolio within assigned accounts and territory;
+ Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, CT technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees to expand Bayer's CT presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;
+ Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes across systems and accounts to build Bayer sphere of influence within the account;
+ Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies key accounts, stakeholders, and growth opportunities by establishing clear goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grants, education);
