We are seeking a strategic, design-minded Global Customer Innovation and User Experience Lead to reimagine how employees and People managers (our customers) interact with HR tools and processes. This role will serve as the employee advocate and UX champion within the People Services Organization-bringing a consumer-grade lens to every process, ensuring tools are intuitive, simple, and reduce the need for ‘help' documentation or support. This role is vital in fostering a culture of customer-centricity within People Services, ensuring that every employee interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and alignment with our organizational goals. This position will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI and predictive analytics, to proactively anticipate employee needs and improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Design with the End User in Mind: Partner with People process owners and HRIS teams to ensure all tools and programs are designed through the lens of the employee or manager experience.
Drive Human-Centered Design: Facilitate employee co-design sessions, empathy mapping, journey mapping, and usability testing for new or updated People processes and systems.
Simplify the Complex: Translate multi-step People processes into intuitive, user-friendly workflows, eliminate unnecessary clicks, jargon, process-steps and documentation wherever possible.
Prototype & Test: Develop and test low-fidelity prototypes and mock-ups to validate usability before full-scale deployment.
Advocate for Embedded Guidance: Promote and help build in-tool guidance (e.g., smart prompts, tooltips, embedded help) to reduce reliance on static "how to" documents.
Benchmark Against Best-in-Class: Stay on top of consumer experience trends (e.g., e-commerce, mobile UX) and continuously bring innovation and inspiration to People process design.
Feedback Loop Creation: Establish feedback mechanisms (surveys, in-tool prompts, focus groups) to continuously improve People digital experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HRIS, Digital Workplace, Communications, and People program leads to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience
Required Qualifications:
6+ years experience in employee experience, HR operations, user experience design, or a similar function.
Strong grasp of design thinking, human-centered design principles, or UX methodology.
Proven ability to simplify complex processes with a customer-first mindset.
Customer Focus group specialist who brings best practices recruiting, facilitating and analysing customer insights from focus groups and surveys
Skilled in qualitative research design and methods (depth interviews, focus groups, online communities, diary studies, user research), including moderation and data analysis
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS tools a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer centric transformations or customer digital adoption projects.
Background in service design, product design, or consumer-facing technology.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Mural, Qualtrics, or similar for prototyping, benchmarking and testing.

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The Global Purchasing Analyst plays a crucial role in coordinating and leading financial and vendor management in a multi-country environment for HR.
Build and Maintain Supplier Governance with assigned HR function and/or geographic region.

The MTST Finance / Reporting Lead (duration based through year end of 2026), will provide the control and the collation of performance to ensure a successful execution of our global portfolio transformation in Endomechanical and Energy. They will work closely with other members of Endomechanical and Energy portfolio execution team as well as the Strategy and Transformation Operating Committee (TOC) and Regional, Platform and Network partners. A strategic business mindset coupled with effective financial tracking is critical for success in the role.
This role will work closely with a cross-platform team to deliver objectives in improving our competitiveness by elevating our profitability and further accelerating our growth.
This position provides high visibility to senior leaders as well an opportunity to impact the execution on our most critical business transformation priorities.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, complex, and high-energy setting with frequent interactions with senior leaders. The candidate is able to coordinate and collaborate across the business in a fast-paced environment.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
Provide financial guidance to the STOC, platforms, regions, and the Network
Lead initiative reporting and analytics related to transformation initiatives on the end-to-end management across all Endomechancial and Energy Platforms
Partner with key regional, external, and functional leaders to establish robust analytics and governance
Tracking and reporting of the transformation impact on the JJMT Endomechanical and Energy financials
Support and drive initiatives related to transformation efforts on the end-to-end management of Gross Margin and overall profitability including Portfolio and Network optimization
Provide strategic guidance to Business Partners in assessing impact of initiatives against the business plan and suggest mitigating actions, if needed
Support development of an audit-proof system for transformation-related costs
Assist in analyzing and consolidating an end-to-end financial model for NTS and margin improvements including Commercial metrics, stranded costs, Supply Chain metrics, and other cost efficiencies
Assist in managing the transformation budget, including the accurate reporting of accounting items
Maintain relationship with Regional and Group Finance, including on-time delivery of all required data and providing direction and guidance for the global Transformation Finance community
Supporting internal and external audits
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree and/or CPA or CMA is preferred
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally in a global matrix environment is required.
Experience in supporting high value strategic projects, providing insights and analytics is required
Proven history of collaboratively working with colleagues across functional areas to deliver results is required
Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, gain alignment and drive decision making is required
Advanced knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting, Internal Controls and Worldwide Financial Procedures is required
Good verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills is required
Proven track record of driving and executing innovation projects is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ 91,000-$147,200

Case support will be done on peripheral and coronary interventional procedures in the pre-market and post-market phases of product development with the Shockwave Medical Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) technology. The Field Clinical Specialist will also play a critical role in clinical studies including device training, case support and ensuring timely data collection for clinical programs. Case support may be required to support other territories at certain times.
Essential Job Functions
* Physician and hospital staff training, and procedural case coverage to ensure the safe and effective use of medical devices.

Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business, science, nursing or related fields, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 2 years' experience directly supporting interventional or surgical procedures within a hospital setting OR, 1 year of industry, hospital-based life sciences, sales support experience. Cardiovascular industry experience preferred but not required.
* Working knowledge of clinical research, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible to manage the customer support system in the installation, service and repair of all products supported by DePuy Synthes. Platform Architecture and Engineering

The Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) position is a 6-9 month training position for those with little to no electrophysiology (EP) experience. Upon successful graduation from the program, the ACAS will be promoted to a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS). The Senior Manager of Workforce Transformation
is responsible for employee transformation activities globally within the People Services (PS) domain.
This role covers the entire lifecycle from strategic assessment to coordinated implementation. In doing so, maintains business continuity, optimizes employee experience and strengthens PS capabilities to support enterprise restructuring objectives.

Serve as a key representative for the global PS function in enterprise-wide M&A and restructuring initiatives, from due diligence through hypercare, providing strategic input and aligning decisions with the PS operating model.
Lead and coordinate the PS due diligence process by comprehensive data-gathering to enable informed decision-making.

PURPOSE
Primary Care Sales Consultant (SC) is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for approved an approved Cardiorenal product. You will further drive launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause. Responsibilities of the role include driving demand, clinical education and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians, primarily in the Community settings.
The position reports to the CVR Area General Manager (AGM) and will be an integral part of the Area Customer Squad, collaborating closely with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal partners, as appropriate, to drive the US Pharma outcomes.
The span of coverage will be within Spring Hill & Wildwood, FL. Travel up to 50% within the territory. The position is residence based and candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Primary Care Sales Consultant are to:
* Build and develop professional relationships with (but not limited to) primary care, pharmacy staff, within assigned customers;
* Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products; the incumbent will work closely with the Customer Squad to generate pull-through within local payers, community HCPs;
* Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace, applicable competitors, industry and cross-functional activities/plans to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges;
* Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues (e.g. sales leadership, regional account managers) in regard to strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region;
