Reynolds American has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager within our Marketing Function in Glen Burnie, MD.
As a Territory Manager, you will be a self-starter who thrives on taking initiative and driving results. You will be responsible for growing brands by building strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment in support of Division, Region, and Company goals.
* Develops a local strategy and business plan for meeting individualized territory objectives, including identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and targeting existing and potential retail outlets within geographic territory for product sales opportunities.
* Develops strategy for product and Point of Sale (POS) material placements to optimize sales and market visibility.
* Achieve customer/consumer engagement skills certification and consistently demonstrate mastery within Territory.
* Builds client willingness and capability to collaborate with the Company on key business fundamentals and drivers to accelerate the transformation of the tobacco industry, and to increase market share.
* Develops and maintains business relationships with local chains and distributors to increase sales and promote Reynolds brands through personal correspondence and influence, retail visits and presentations.
* Sell/execute the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling to customers and adult nicotine consumers.
* Analyses territory to identify and negotiate contracts with new retail customer opportunities.
* Collaborates with Division Manager on territory-specific customer and sales planning, company product initiatives, and improving market share within the territory.

Wage Information
* Annual Salary: $68,700
* Bonus Target: 20%
* Geographical Wage Differential (GWD): Due to the cost of labor in your work location, you may be eligible to receive a GWD up to 20% (minus applicable taxes and withholdings). Please note that although you may be eligible, GWD is reviewed regularly and may be adjusted or eliminated at any time. If eligible, you will receive more details in your offer letter.

Responsibilities
Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions' quality standards by performing in-process QC.
Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
Pre-close the final repair order, Handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete

Essential Functions and Main Duties:

Qualifications
Education / Certification / Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in biomedical, clinical, electrical engineering, computer science or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Certified in EEG, IOM, EP/EMG or PSG preferred.
5+ years of related experience in medical technical service.
2+ years of people management experience, including driving results through others, leading teams or projects, and providing training.
Related experience in the medical device industry or other related industries.
Level and compensation depend on location, experience, education and skills.
Competencies Required:
Familiarity with FDA Medical Device Reporting regulations preferred.

Responsibilities
• Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plans repair process.
• Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders.
• Participates in all required safety meetings.

Crystal Print, Inc, located in Little Chute, Wisconsin, makes the packaging for products you see every day. We are family owned and have never had a lay-off in our 75+ year history.
COMPANY-OPERATED TEAM FLEET, HIGH PAY, RESET AT HOME EVERY WEEKEND.
Become part of a unique team-operated fleet with high miles and high pay! As a member of our private employee-operated fleet, you will service dedicated routes and deliver our product produced in Little Chute to our customers' plants in the United States and Canada. Our teams average 5,400 HUB miles per week and are home every weekend and holidays. This is not typical team driving. We leave on Mondays and are home every weekend for the HOS reset. Our trucks do not wait long to unload and we do not wait for back hauls. When you drive team for us the miles keep rolling. No hours of service layovers. Our drivers average 130,000 miles per year. · We are looking for a set team (husband/wife, father/son, etc.). We are also looking for a driver to be part of our team pool.
Compensation
Starting $.88 per mile (teams evenly split miles and miles paid off hub). Example: our teams average 5,400 miles per week times $.88 equals $4,752 divided by 2 equals $2,376 per driver per week paid weekly. Stop/drop pay is $20 per driver for each stop/drop. Our teams average 8 stops/drops per week which is $160 per driver per week
