Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office, and industrial complex. A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Responsibilities/Duties: Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents Conduct regular patrols Monitor activities Surveillance Access Control Safety escorts Using provided communication devices Represent SSNW's brand Properly wear the issued uniform Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR) Complete Incident Reports Work with local law enforcement, and emergency services Provide friendly assistance to customers, employees and visitors following the department's procedures.
