Pros of working at Brk Brands Inc (del)

Some of the coworkers were very friendly, and very smart in their fields. Lots of free food offered during the month. HR tries to make things fun with activities throughout the year. The Newell benefits offered were good. Generous vacation schedule.

Cons of working at Brk Brands Inc (del)

Massive communication breakdown between marketing and engineering. Upper management has an extreme amount of nepotism. The CEO is king, and micromanages every aspect of product development, to the point where even trivial decisions can't be made without his consent. Projects are very poorly managed, with no true vision or organization. Deadlines are purely fictitious. All leading to the most stressed out staff I've ever seen. High turnover.
