WTOL-TV is seeking a full-time Broadcast Engineer to serve in various production crew positions during live news broadcasts, recorded studio, and remote productions.
This is an entry-level position. An ambitious individual will gain experience in all technical areas of the station, including production, directing, IT, and engineering.
Responsibilities:
* Initial responsibilities will be operation of pedestal studio cameras, gimbal cameras, lighting board, and floor directing.
* Progression then goes to the operation of the audio console. It can eventually include control room directing/switching, IT projects, or other tasks in line with individual and station needs.

* 1-3 years of industry experience preferred
* Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to lift 25 lbs. plus with or without assistance
