The Graphics Operator will manage all aspects of broadcast graphics for all live and live-to-tape programming assigned. Board of Directors

Fundraising
Work with the Fundraising Team to make sure that grants are written and submitted to meet all deadlines. This includes writing and submitting grants, communicating with funders and providing all grant reports.
Finance
Create the annual budget in consultation with the board of directors, work with the bookkeeper to provide monthly financial statements and with the auditor at the end of the year to provide the annual audit.
Qualifications for this position:
- Three years of experience in a senior leadership role preferably in an arts education or youth development organization.
- A demonstrated commitment to youth empowerment and social justice through video production.
- Outstanding demonstrated skills in: communication, and personal and relationship building.

The Technical Director is responsible for switching fast paced live news, pre‑taped shows and segments, and original programming which may include live special events. WP Buffs is looking for an experienced WordPress developer with good communication and customer service skills. This role will be working with a large number of clients through a support ticket system.
Common tasks include:
Managing support tickets
Site edits within WordPress
Plugin, theme and core updates
Security optimizations
Performance optimizations
Down or broken sites
Talking with hosting support teams
Handling clients concerns or complaints
You will be working directly with clients who send in requests, providing first responses confirming that the request was received and has been reviewed for completeness, as well as completing the tickets, while providing clear communication to the client throughout the process.
