Key job responsibilities - Monitor and resolve negative or aged seller payable balances and disbursement issues - Perform detailed reconciliation reporting for invoices and transactions - Lead month-end close activities and resolve stuck transactions or billing errors - Maintain operational controls, alarm thresholds, and documentation - Coordinate AP write-offs, clawbacks, and exception resolution across multiple teams - Support marketplace projects working with technical teams to conduct root cause analysis and drive process improvements to enhance compliance and operational efficiency. - Develop and implement automated solutions using Amazon QuickSight and similar tools to streamline marketplace operations and reporting capabilities.
