**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive Manufacturing Supervisor with Lean or ISO manufacturing experience In this role, you will lead first-shift production associates, oversee daily manufacturingoperations, and drive process improvements to achieve operational excellence. This position is ideal for a leader who is passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
**What you will do: **
+ Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
+ Support scheduling, labor planning, and coordinating material and equipment needs.
+ Ensure compliance with all aspects of ISO standards, including documentation, audits, and training.
+ Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
+ Coach team members on safety protocols, standard operating procedures, quality assurance, and Lean methods.
+ Monitor and report production metrics, identifying and resolving operational issues in partnership with Quality and Engineering teams.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process issues and drive continuous improvement.
+ Maintain accurate records of production, process changes, and quality checks.
+ Enforce safety policies, conduct safety walks, incident reporting, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
+ Conduct daily production standup and shift handoff meetings.
**What you will bring: **
