Reports to: Senior TL, Business Process Improvement of Change Enablement The Business Integration Lead will lead the Change Management efforts within World Wide Grocery Stores. They will play a key role in ensuring key strategic initiatives meet the change and project objectives on time and on budget by increasing Team Member speed of adoption. This position will work on several projects and change deliverables simultaneously and ensure timely completion of all project goals. The Business Integration Lead will work with leadership to identify change requirements and provide guidance to, the Change Enablement TMs assigned to create actionable deliverables based on Change Management assessments and plans. Zentech products are proudly Made in America. Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our electronics manufacturing production team. Ability to coordinate, communicate and drive team members across multiple departments to hit goals and customer deadlines. Supervisor will be working directly with production, management and engineering to ensure success on production floor. Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership : • Lead and supervise a team of production members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines. • Motivate and mentor team members to achieve production goals and maintain high morale. Quality and Efficiency: • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and efficiency targets. • Implement and enforce best practices in manufacturing processes and procedures. • Identify and resolve issues that may impact production schedules or product quality. Training and Development: • Provide training to new and existing production staff on processes, procedures, and safety protocols. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development among team members. Communication and Coordination: • Collaborate with other departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to ensure smooth production flow. • Communicate production status, issues, and priorities effectively to management and relevant stakeholders. Safety and Compliance: • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and promoting safe practices. • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: • Experience in electronics manufacturing including smt, mechanical assembly, soldering, conformal coating and quality control. • Working experience with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics manufacturing. • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing processes. • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Promote a safe work environment and assure employees follow all safety policies. Anticipate and react to production problems, delays, material shortages and equipment malfunctions. Participate in Kaizen activities and drive employee engagement. This position requires a passion and understanding of Lean Six Sigma, 5-S and driving continuous improvement. Work with engineering to effect improvements in cost, quality, work simplification and ongoing continuous improvement activities. Assist with RCAs and corrective actions. Clearly communicate goal expectations, status, gaps and countermeasures through visual management and Tier Meetings. Ensure production employees are accurately trained and work instructions are followed. Facilitate interdepartmental cooperation and understanding; provide team mentorship and supervision to ensure a positive work environment and employee engagement that supports Axon core values. Responsible for addressing any engagement opportunities identified during Employee Engagement Surveys. Hire, train and develop team members and motivate and drive accountability. Develop and implement projects in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Additional duties as required. What You Bring 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing/production environment with a Proven track record of continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate with senior leadership. Must possess ability to work and cope well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications BA/BS Degree Strong communication and organizational skills Experience supervising 30+ personnel Bi-lingual a plus Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14001 Additional Eligibility Requirements Upon hire completion of the Axon ATF training. Must be available to work overtime and/or weekends based on business needs. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365.
