Through several C-suite roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, as well as advisory capacities across startup, private equity, enterprise, and consulting companies worldwide, he is recognized for establishing strategy and vision to drive business growth and transformation. Prior to joining Bottomline, Craig served in executive leadership roles at ACI Worldwide, a global payments software company.

Frank Martell is a business executive, advocate for financial empowerment and leader in the housing industry. He is currently the president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of CoreLogic, a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider. Frank serves on the global board of directors of Operation HOPE, a best-in-class provider of financial literacy empowerment for youth, financial capability for communities, and financial dignity for all. He chairs the West Coast Scarlet & Gold Committee of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Frank is also on the board of directors of Bank of the West and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Frank has over 30 years’ executive leadership experience in the marketing, financial services and business information industries. In August 2011, he joined CoreLogic, where he served consecutively as chief financial officer and chief operating officer before his appointment to chief executive officer in March 2017. He was named by the Orange County Business Journal as the 2013 Outstanding CFO of a Public Company in Orange County. In 2016, he received the HousingWire Vanguard Award in recognition of his distinguished leadership in the housing industry. Prior to joining CoreLogic, Frank served as the president and chief executive officer of the Western Institutional Review Board, and before that as chief financial officer of Information Services Group, Inc. and Advantage Solutions. From 1996 to 2006, Frank held various leadership positions at ACNielsen Corporation, including vice president and treasurer, chief operating officer and president of Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets; executive vice president of the Marketing Information Group, and chief operating officer of ACNielsen and president of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Frank spent the initial 15 years of his business career in a variety of financial leadership roles at General Electric and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Villanova University.

Jim Roth serves as chief executive officer of Huron. He is a founding member of the company and has more than 38 years of experience working with the premier research universities, academic health centers, healthcare organizations and nonprofit research institutions across the U.S. and abroad.

Mr. Eddie Capel is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Manhattan Associates Inc. Mr. Capel had been serving as President and Chief Operating Officer since July 2012, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since January 12, 2011. Previously, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Operations from January 2009 to January 2011. In this capacity, Mr. Capel was responsible for the Company’s global product management, research and development, and customer support functions. From January 2008 through January 2009, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Product Management and Customer Services. From January 2005 to January 2007, Mr. Capel served as Senior Vice President—Global Product Management and Global Customer Services and from January 2004 through January 2005 as Senior Vice President Product Management. Prior to January 2004, he held various other positions with the Company. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates in June 2000, Mr. Capel held various positions at Real Time Solutions (RTS), including chief operations officer and vice president, operations. He also served as director, operations, with Unarco Automation, an Industrial Automation/Robotics systems integrator. Prior to joining Unarco, Mr. Capel worked as a project manager and system designer for ABB Robotics in the United Kingdom.

Kunal Kapoor, CFA, is chief executive officer of Morningstar. Before assuming his current role in 2017, he served as president, responsible for product development and innovation, sales and marketing, and driving strategic prioritization across the firm. Since joining Morningstar in 1997 as a data analyst, Kapoor has held a variety of roles at the firm, including leadership positions in research and innovation. He served as director of mutual fund research and was part of the team that launched Morningstar Investment Services, Inc., before moving on to other roles including director of business strategy for international operations, and later, president and chief investment officer of Morningstar Investment Services. During his tenure, he has also led Morningstar.com® and the firm’s data business as well as its global products and client solutions group. Kapoor holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and environmental policy from Monmouth College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago, and served on the board of PitchBook, a private firm that provides a comprehensive private equity and venture capital database, prior to its acquisition by Morningstar in late 2016. Kapoor is also a member of the board of trustees of The Nature Conservancy in Illinois. In 2010, Crain’s Chicago Business named him to its annual 40 Under 40 class, a list that includes professionals from a variety of industries who are contributing to Chicago’s business, civic, and philanthropic landscape.
