In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for Clients onboarding to the Integrated Platform. This role ensures a seamless and coordinated experience from contract to go-live, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success teams to deliver successful platform integration outcomes. The Integrated Platform Client Onboarding Lead will define, manage, and continuously improve onboarding frameworks, ensuring that each client is successfully integrated in alignment with business goals, contractual requirements, and technical standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the client onboarding process for the integrated platform, ensuring an organized, transparent, and positive client experience from initial engagement through full operational handover.
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, coordinating communication between internal teams and external.
Plan, manage, and execute integration activities, including environment setup, configuration, data migration, and system validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success to ensure timely and accurate of onboarding milestones.
Define and maintain onboarding frameworks, tools, and documentation to establish consistency, quality, and scalability in delivery.
Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation for each client onboarding initiative.
Monitor and report on onboarding progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively to keep activities on track.
Support continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Facilitate smooth transition of clients to ongoing or account management teams following successful onboarding.
Partner with leadership to forecast onboarding capacity, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive process optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a field; master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
5+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation management, or platform integration roles within a technology-driven or SaaS environment.
Demonstrated experience leading complex,-stakeholder onboarding or implementation projects.
Strong understanding of system integration concepts, data onboarding, configuration management, and client readiness processes.
Excellent project management skills, with familiarity using tools such as Jira, or Smartsheet.
Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities, with confidence interfacing at all organizational levels.
Proven problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $185,000 - $195,000.

The PM will be responsible for hands-on project planning, delivery governance, and execution, while enabling seamless collaboration between onsite and offshore teams to deliver predictable outcomes within fixed scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end offshore delivery for the LMS program, covering scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
Establish and run project governance with US-based customer stakeholders, including weekly/bi-weekly status reviews, risk reviews, and executive governance meetings.
Plan and facilitate workshops (requirement walkthroughs, planning, retrospectives, release readiness) with business, product, and engineering teams.
Manage team work allocation, capacity planning, and utilization across frontend, backend, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
Drive detailed delivery tracking using modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, MS Project, Slack/Teams).
Oversee delivery of frontend-heavy and AI-enabled features, including CMS integrations for learning content and workflows.
Partner closely with the onsite Senior Product Manager to ensure requirement clarity, backlog alignment, and priority management.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; own mitigation and escalation.
Support onsite-offshore coordination through clear communication, overlap-hour planning, and structured handoffs.
Lead release planning, UAT coordination with US customer teams, and production readiness.
Required Skills & Experience
14-16 years of experience, with deep experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex digital platforms.
Strong technical background, especially in frontend-intensive application development built from scratch.
Hands-on experience in project planning, execution, governance, and delivery tracking.
Solid understanding of AI tools, GenAI concepts, and AI-assisted delivery workflows.
Proven experience with CMS platforms and enterprise integrations.
Expertise in Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery models.
Strong experience managing fixed scope, budget, and timeline engagements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience working with US-based customers in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Program Manager Role is primarily focused on supporting the Payment Card Industry Program Management Office (PCI PMO) within the broader Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Risk and Information Security organization. The PCI PMO is responsible for orchestrating internal compliance assessments, validating controls against the PCI Data Security Standard, as well as providing advisory services to business and technology partners.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related areas of study.
3-5 years of project management experience.
2+ years of experience working in 1 or more information security domain, IT/IS compliance, or technology risk management.
Successful track record leading or supporting simultaneous or successive initiatives.
