* Apply performance management tools and techniques to ensure optimal response times in high-volume transaction applications, monitoring and maintaining efficient use of all system resources to control costs.
* Effectively utilize change, incident, and problem management tools in accordance with data center standards and practices, actively participating in related meetings.
Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in supporting CICS environments within the insurance or mutual fund industry.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Assembler and Rexx is a plus
* Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and real-time problem determination in critical business environments.
* Expertise in using performance management tools and techniques to optimize system resources.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance and collaborate with development teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
The salary range for this position is between $140,000 - $160,000.

The Sales Engineer - Commercial Financial & Accounting at MRI Software will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients and prospects, providing financial expertise in all aspects of the property management industry. This role involves combining technical knowledge with sales skills to provide guidance on a range of financial and real estate products.
You Will:
Act as one of the financial experts to both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Clients to demonstrate the capabilities of MRI Software's various financial and management solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges and how MRI's offerings can help solve them from prospect to client.
Facilitate prospect feedback on our products and services, sharing that feedback with our Product Management Team.
Create demonstration content as needed for sales activities.
Conduct onsite demonstrations with enthusiasm and expertise as the go-to resource for clients as needed.
Facilitate training and educational workshops to enhance client understanding and adoption of MRI Software products.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes of demonstration delivery.
Align with Account Executives across the organization to identify significant client feedback for PreSales action.
Become a real estate management expert if that experience is not already obtained inclusive of practices, terminology, and processes.
Continuously work to provide the best-in-class demonstrations of MRI's solutions to clients of varying sizes with diverse challenges, needs, and growth strategies.
You Have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Finance, or similar
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as consulting, management, entrepreneurship, or similar project related activities.
Strong knowledge of real estate software or enterprise SaaS solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate technical details into finance language.
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and support ticketing systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
