Reports to Manager of Unit Associates and works on Patient Care Units to perform clerical and receptionist duties related to the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Units. Are responsible for the coordination of unit activities such as admissions, discharges; patient transfers; unit and patient supplies and equipment. Assist in the coordination of patient flow and coordination of Patient Care Services under the Patient Care Manager of the designated unit. Responsibilities 1. Describe responsibility: Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, and other employees. Interacts professionally, courteously, and appropriately with patients, visitors and other employees. Behaves in a manner consistent with maintaining and furthering a positive public perception of BronxCare Health System and its employee. 2. Describe responsibility: Contributes to and participates in the Performance/Quality Improvement activities of the assigned department. Contribution and participation includes data collection, analysis, implementation of and compliance with risk management and claims activities, support of and participation in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) teams, consistent adherence to the specific rules and regulations of the BronxCare Health System (a) Safety and Security Policies, (b) Risk Management: Incident and Occurrence Reporting, (c) Infection Control Policies and Procedures and (d) Patient and Customer Service, (e) Employee adherence to the Organization's Policy, Procedures and Regulations. 3. Describe responsibility: Identifies patients using two identifiers. Performs necessary functions to ensure quality of patient care, such as ensuring patients have appropriate ID bands. 6. Describe responsibility: Documents and reads back all verbal or telephone orders. Responsible for ordering all supplies using Keane system as directed. 7. Describe responsibility: Maintains admission and discharge log books on unit. 8. Describe responsibility: Attends Unit Associate meetings at least 6 times a year. About This Role Axsome Therapeutics is seeking an Associate, TMF Documentation who is responsible for supporting clinical document filing and management of Trial Master Files (TMFs). This role helps ensure TMFs are current and inspection-ready for internal and external entities. This role is based at Axsome's HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles. Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Work closely with the Clinical Study Team to assist in the review and maintenance of study-specific TMFs in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines * Collect, review and index essential documents in accordance with the TMF Structure * Assist with the maintenance of TMF study trackers * Provide updates at team meetings of relevant TMF findings and document status as needed * Ensure TMFs are always inspection-ready * Assist in preparation for and participates in internal or external audits/inspections * Demonstrate technical and strategic knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, including applicable specifications, SOPs and ICH/GCP guidelines * Maintain knowledge of current industry best practices Requirements / Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required. Location: Ravena, NY Who You Are: As our Cultivation Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day assignments and tasks that keep our plants healthy to meet our production goals and quality targets on track.
