Responsibilities * Develop and coordinate new and existing pediatric programs * Manage scheduling, appointments, and diagnostic test coordination * Coordinate clerical and billing activities, ensuring accurate records and proper insurance processing * Create strategies for program expansion that optimize provider efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction * Promote departmental programs through marketing and outreach activities * Follow up with patients to ensure program adherence and positive outcomes * Provide input on departmental budgeting needs and monitor program expenses * Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff regarding financial arrangements and billing inquiries * Maintain equipment records and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules * Ensure compliance with departmental policies, QA, safety protocols * Verify patient enrollment in accepted insurance plans * Attend departmental meetings and perform additional tasks Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred * 2-5 years of medical office experience, preferably in a hospital or medical center setting; Technical/administrative proficiency in medical office operations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of third-party insurance billing procedures * Strong customer service and problem-solving skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Excellent interpersonal and English verbal/written communication skills * Experience in project and program coordination * Strong Marketing and community outreach skills Pay Range USD $64,350.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
