Chief Buildings is seeking a Loading Assistant to join the Chief team. In this role, you will support the packaging and shipping process by inspecting, labeling, and preparing finished products for delivery. You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality and accuracy before shipment, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. To be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to working safely in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in loading and working from trailers at heights up to 14 feet using fall protection equipment.
* Safely pull and back trailers into bays using a shag truck (training provided).
* Capture and upload digital photos of completed loads into customer files.
* Use hand tools such as nail guns, crowbars, and hammers for securing loads.
* Interpret fabrication drawings to calculate weights and determine appropriate lifting methods.
* Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills to meet tight deadlines.
Education:
* High School diploma, or GED, preferred.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
* Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of hand tools, including tape measures and calculators.
* Proficient in operating computers, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
* Solid math skills, including working with decimals and fractions.
* Effective communication skills and a commitment to safety.

Schedule: 6:00pm-6:30am, 36 hours per week
Summary/Objective
The registered nurse is responsible for providing high-quality professional health care to patients of all age groups cared for in the unit.
Essential Functions

Providing timely and appropriate assessments of patient condition.
The plan of care is formulated timely and addresses all of the patient's problems and interventions are appropriate for the patient's condition.
Recognizes emergencies promptly and responds in an appropriate manner.
Takes responsibility for crash cart readiness, and department readiness and is proficient in emergency procedures.
Administers medications & IV's timely and accurately.
Performs treatments & procedures skillfully and on time as appropriate to the unit.
Educates patients & families, and delivers the information on an appropriate level to the individual. Information is complete & documented.
Applies knowledge of National Patient Safety Goals.
Assures that hourly rounding and assessing is completed.
Demonstrates an awareness of fall prevention techniques: identifies patients at risk, communicates risks to other caregivers, reports all falls.
Experience/Education Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Possess current hospital experience (within 5 years) or be a new nursing graduate (within 2 years).
Prefer at least 1 year of experience in hospital clinical nursing. Possess a service orientation.
Licenses/Certifications
State of Illinois RN license.
CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
ACLS within one year of hire.
PALS within one year of hire.

Iroquois Memorial Hospital is a 25 bed hospital located in Watseka, Illinois. The hospital facility is comprised of clinical and diagnostic services which are dedicated to providing high quality health care services to the community. These services include but are not limited to an Emergency Room, full service OR suites, an inpatient care unit, therapy services, advanced medical imaging, Home Health, and Hospice Care. The hospital operates rural health clinics in Watseka, IL, Gilman, IL, Milford, IL, Saint Anne, IL and Kentland, IN.
