ceo cares more about profits than people , hires his relatives, shows favoritism towards white males, hires bullies for management positions, has created a toxic and unsafe work culture

nothing , you will be micro managed by incompetent bullies
fire the ceo , the family members and bullies he hires
don't even consider this place
poor , you will be overworked and under paid
white men , especially relatives and friends of the ceo are favored. Toxic culture for everyone else
