Under staffing, lack of communication, don't care about the staff or their problems, resident neglect, dirty place to work (haven't had a housekeeper in 3 months)

Helping residents, bonus when started, 401K after 6 months and 1 year paid vacation.

Don't know anything about CEO, but leadership team is VERY intimidating, has lack of communication and NO empathy for their workers.

More team meetings, open door policy and actually listen, SMILE, when you talk to someone, have empathy for people and their life.

There are no “perks” except for coffee. Benefits are very good.

CEO acts the part, but falls short on authenticity. Praised the essential employees during the pandemic but God only knows where the governments money not Brookdale’s money ended up. This was for employees who put their families and themselves at risk. Shame on this company!!!

Remove CEO and the followers that tag behind and get some real leaders. Company stock!!not worth a bag of birdseed

Didn’t truly brookdale will take ANY warm body to fill shifts!!

I really enjoy the culture of the company. They truly care for their patients.

The facility is assisted living. I've never worked at a an assisted living facility before now and although I enjoy the residents assisted living is not my favorite.

The company is flexible.
