Getting to know the residents

Under staffing, lack of communication, don't care about the staff or their problems, resident neglect, dirty place to work (haven't had a housekeeper in 3 months)

Don't know anything about CEO, but leadership team is VERY intimidating, has lack of communication and NO empathy for their workers.

How would you improve Brookdale Senior Living's culture?

More team meetings, open door policy and actually listen, SMILE, when you talk to someone, have empathy for people and their life.

There are no “perks” except for coffee. Benefits are very good.

What do you like best about Brookdale Senior Living's CEO and the leadership team?

CEO acts the part, but falls short on authenticity. Praised the essential employees during the pandemic but God only knows where the governments money not Brookdale’s money ended up. This was for employees who put their families and themselves at risk. Shame on this company!!!

Remove CEO and the followers that tag behind and get some real leaders. Company stock!!not worth a bag of birdseed
