Summary
The Technical Placement Specialist/Area Partnership Consultant is responsible for partnering with our client to implement and maintain an effective technician recruiting program at our target dealers.
Essential Job Functions:
Build strong relationships and collaborate with regional teams and targeted dealerships to drive results
Subject matter expert on the client Technical Career Entry Programs (ASSET, FACT & MLR, etc.)
Partner with regional teams and target dealerships to assess their technician needs by utilizing service expectancy data and additional tools provided by SEO, illustrating their specific needs along with the correlating return on investment
Create, implement, monitor, and complete individual technician career plans (existing and new)
Educate dealerships on best practices for developing a continuous technician pipeline, reducing turnover, resulting in increased customer retention, shop productivity, and service expectancy
Gain Dealer Executive Management commitment to the program and process
Central point of contact for client regions, dealers and schools for Tech placement, training, and development
Coordinate and participate in student recruiting events and career fairs along with other grassroot events
Represent the client in school contracts, agreements, vehicle donations, marketing materials, etc.
Attend regional meetings and provide timely business plan updates
Develop and maintain relationships with current Tech/Vocational schools; if needed; gain commitment from additional targeted Tech/Vocational schools to ensure maximum coverage for client throughout the U.S.
Develop and maintain relationships with local middle/high schools and third-party organizations such as TechForce to nurture current and future Technician candidates
Partner with the MarketSource internal teams to create and deliver effective technician candidate sourcing at the Dealership level
Communicate and train on "best practices" to recruit technicians with dealership hiring managers; website, external resources, career days, etc.

Record all pertinent information in CRM

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for teaching staff, administrative staff, and other center personnel for all three locations (Playa Vista, Pasadena, and Hollywood).
Activities include: Creating and posting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various online and in-person channels, screening resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, scheduling interviews with Center Directors, attending job fairs or networking events, and extending offers.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to hire.
Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with state and federal regulations, particularly those related to early childhood education licensing (e.g., background checks, mandated training verification).

Work Arrangement

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in HumanResources, with at least 1 year focused on recruitment, preferably in the education, non-profit, or service industry.

System Knowledge: Experience working with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
Industry Experience: Working experience in early childhood education is preferred.

Query data, design personnel reports and generate DR reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to support various F-35 Operations products and taskings.
Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to update and maintain the DR database including a quarterly review of the accuracy of the data with both the communities of practice staff aligned to both the Air Force and the Navy for manpower data, the SLT for their organizations personnel data and DESA for contractor support.
Support manpower drills on improving the accuracy of information in DR.
Personnel In-processing and out-processing - support to include civilians, military, international partners and contractors.
Serve as the point of contact for administrative support and processes for all F-35 in-processing and out-processing personnel.
Monitor, track, and execute timely and continuous communications with in-processing and out-processing personnel, establishing and/or maintaining positive relationships with all personnel to ensure they receive thorough, professional and courteous support.
Create and maintain in-processing and out-processing status reports and metrics.
Perform continuous analysis of the resource requirements necessary to support in-processing and out-processing personnel.
Conduct trend analyses of historical and current in-processing and out-processing reports and metrics from applicable humanresource management systems, review anomalies, and provide data to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position (5 years additional experience in lieu of a degree).
5 years of demonstrated experience in federal humanresources and/or manpower positions, and familiarity with federal HR and manpower regulations is required.
Experience with administering the F-35 Defense Ready (DR) Database, to include user permissions/access. query data, design personnel reports and generate DR reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually is preferred.
Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills required.
