About the Role:
The Director, Property Management for Tysons Corner Center primary role is to lead the property team to exemplify the Macerich values and to achieve the stated business metrics and critical goals. To that end, the Director develops and focuses each discipline of the team, unleashes their potential, and establishes a culture of excellence to ensure that the company's objectives are met or exceeded. The Director, Property Management for Tysons Corner Center provides focus for each of these disciplines to achieve the highest net income while ensuring the long-term sustainability and value of the property asset.

What you will do:
Lead the mall team in the implementation of all strategic initiatives including, but not limited to: the Five-Year Plan, Business Plans, Business Initiative Programs, Strategic Partnership Programs and Impact Planning.
Participate in the evaluation, planning and execution of enhancement and development projects at the property.
Ensure the sound financial administration of the property, including the support of and focus on Leasing efforts and revenue generation, as well as expense control.
Build into all goals and programs measurable objectives that evaluate property KPIs, return on investment and bottom-line profitability to our shareholders.
Understand and follow overall key performance indicators as well as REIT/industry trends.
Coordinates with Leasing, Asset Management, Business Development and Shared Services in the preparation and continuous evaluation of the property forecast. Take the lead in working closely with all parties to promptly address any significant forecast variances.
Partner with Shared Services in the accounts receivable billing and collection processes. Assists in collection of significant issues, sums or tenant issues as identified. Reviews and recommends legal action. Reviews and recommends accounts to Legal department for write offs. Supports Legal department, including local counsel, in collections.
Supervise, support, and focus the Operations Manager and contracted security provider in their roles to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment and preservation of the center's physical assets.
Maintain strong relationships with local businesses, government departments, and community organizations. Participate in bi-annual community audits and utilize results to center-specific events and partnerships that align with the Macerich brand.
Plan and execute approved capital improvement projects in coordination with Senior Operations managers.
Analyze incident reports, assessing risk, and makes recommendations for improvements.
Establish and implement a property-specific Emergency Response Plan, which includes appropriate consideration of all risk management concerns on site.
Foster strong working relationships with law enforcement, city departments and appropriate community organizations.
Support and enhance company-wide cause marketing and business development initiatives at the property level, and establish strong relationships with local non-profit organizations that help fulfill company and property community goals.

Ten years of property management experience preferred.
Experience in a retail environment is a plus
College degree with an advanced real estate designation such as CSM, CPM, or RPA preferred.

The operations department consists of a team of professionals that focuses on the overall operations of Parametric. This group ensures the production process is complete from start to finish and lines up with the goals and functions of other departments within the firm. ABOUT THE ROLE
This position will lead, manage and coordinate the daily operations processing of corporate action activity by the corporate actions team. This team is responsible for the managing both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions functions, processing corporate actions in appropriate systems, and being a subject matter expert on corporate actions for other teams at Parametric. This position requires a hands-on leader with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, provide excellent customer service, motivate the team and develop individual talent.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. This is a volume-intensive, data-driven role overseeing the administration and daily processing of corporate actions related to over 200,000 client portfolios, both domestic and global. Portfolio strategies are typically a single asset class, of which a majority are equity and additional focus on fixed income, derivatives and multi-asset portfolios continuing to grow in importance. The person in this role must feel comfortable with demonstrating best-practices in work at all times, managing expectations and accountability, and work closely with other department heads to ensure that deliverables are met. This position will work closely with vendors, technology, and portfolio management departments to build out a scalable operating model while reducing risk.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise the day-to-day functions of all corporate action processing

ABOUT THE TEAM
The operations department ensures all onboarding and lifecycle processes of our clients' accounts are well managed, resulting in an excellent experience with the Parametric product line. The team provides contract, regulatory and operational support during the onboarding and life of institutional derivatives clients, along with other services to ensure the client experience is as smooth and effective as possible.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is on the Documentation Team, and will support client and third-party contracts primarily for institutional derivatives clients, client onboarding and new account setup. The role will work closely with legal, portfolio management and operations teams to onboard and maintain client accounts and documentation across the life of a client, and facilitate necessary setups and documentation to trade derivative products, including investment management agreements, broker agreements, ISDAs and trade confirmations.
This role requires strong time management skills, excellent communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on process improvement and risk analysis.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
* Prepare draft agreements and other client documentation for institutional derivatives investors. Coordinate efforts with Parametric's internal legal counsel, understand and resolve complex issues and present final documents. Specific documentation may include investment management agreements, derivative trading agreements (including ISDAs, futures and options agreements, and repurchase/reverse repurchase agreements), limited partnership agreements and other fund offering documents, non-disclosure agreements, and ISDA trade confirmations.
* Review and update client specific documentation during the client onboarding process and throughout the life of the client; understand client-specific contract terms and requirements.
* Communicate directly with brokers and trading counterparties to facilitate opening of new client accounts; complete internal setup of client and trading accounts.
* Work closely with Parametric's trading, operations, compliance and business development professionals across multiple office locations; expedite outstanding issues with a sense of urgency, and provide regular status updates and prioritization to meet client and/or internal deadlines.
* Review complex regulations and updates, research client-specific legal issues required for servicing the relationship, participate in firm-wide working groups and industry calls, and communicate results clearly to the business.
* Review ISDAs, ISDA amendments and master confirmation agreements; assist clients with regulatory requirements during ISDA onboarding, work with trade counterparties and review trade confirmations.
* Have primary responsibility for the maintenance of client files and the retention of documents, making use of technology to ensure access to current documents is efficient and secure.
* Review and update team policies and procedures.

CLIENT SUPPORT:
Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including:

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Operations Analyst is responsible for providing critical business and operational support to Parametric investment and trading personnel. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $78,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Parametric is part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, the asset management division of Morgan Stanley. We partner with advisors, institutions, and consultants to build portfolios focused on what's important to them and their clients. This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Managing Director, Technology Solution and Risk Management is responsible for the teams that design effective technology-centric solutions and manage technology risks in the organization. The Managing Director is responsible for designing effective, technology-centric processes and solutions that span across the platform that are efficient and support multiple asset classes and investment styles. The role will work with investors across asset classes as well as technology leaders to identify business priorities and design technology flows that improve business processes while increasing consistency across the technology platform. In this role, the Managing Director will develop the appropriate software strategy, striking a balance between: (1) Alignment with the growth objectives of the business; (2) Integrating Parametric disparate investment system processes; and (3) Designing strategic efficient and scalable solutions. Additionally, the Managing Director is responsible for working with Morgan Stanley integration, risk and audit partners on processes that identify, assess and mitigate potential risks associated with the use of technology in the organization.
This role encompasses several key teams in Parametric technology, including the Platform Solution Management (PSM) team, Technology Risk and Audit Support, Application Support and Automation Engineering, and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery team.
Each of the teams under the Managing Director's purview is led by an Executive Director who reports directly to the Managing Director. These Executive Directors are responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of their respective teams, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives set by the Managing Director. This structure allows the Managing Director to focus on overarching strategic initiatives and cross-functional integration, while the Executive Directors manage the execution of specific projects and initiatives within their domains. This leadership model fosters a collaborative environment where each team can leverage its expertise to contribute to the organization's success.
Below is an overview of each team, highlighting their specific roles and contributions to the organization's technology and risk management strategy.
The Platform Solution Management (PSM) team at Parametric:
* Is responsible for defining and enabling cross platform business solutions that meet the needs of clients over time. Solutions are products, services or systems that provide value to the client, whether internal or external to the PPA enterprise.
* Sitting at the intersection of business, clients and technology, the team collaborate with multiple departments to understand solution context and define the solution vision, intent, roadmap and capability set.
* This team manages changes to the solution vision or roadmap based on enterprise objectives and strategy
* The Technology PMO sits within this team and is responsible for technology execution and delivery
Members of the PSM team are responsible for working skillfully across the organization to produce
* Solution Vision, which entails defining:
* what we are solving for
* end-to-end user/customer journey or lifecycle
* personas, their skills and needs
* high level outline of a solution that addresses their needs
* Solution Intent (in collaboration with Business Architecture function), which entails defining:
* nomenclature for data and capabilities required to meet business objectives, this is critical to establish common language across business and technology
* capability roadmap as well as migration paths and milestones when going from current state to future state
* overall non-functional requirements that are key metrics required for new system to capture and track
* Align technology design with target operating model (business, operations) that complement evolution in systems
* Execution planning, dependency tracking and risk mitigation for development
The Technology Risk Management and Technical Integration teams at Parametric encompass the following functions and teams:
* Technology Risk and Audit Support
* Application Support and Automation Engineering
* Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Members of the Technology Integration, Risk and Audit Support team drive the following activities:
* Risk Identification: work with Morgan Stanley partners to recognize potential threats and vulnerabilities within the technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data.
* Risk Assessment: work with Morgan Stanley partners in evaluating the likelihood and potential impact of identified risks, often using a framework to prioritize which risks require the most immediate attention.
* Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to reduce or eliminate the identified risks, such as implementing security controls, updating systems, and training staff.
* Monitoring and Review: work with Morgan Stanley partners to continuously monitor the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make adjustments as needed, ensuring ongoing protection against evolving threats.
* Ensure alignment with the parent company's technology and operational governance framework, policies, and standards.
Members of the Application Support and Automation Engineering team drive the following activities:
* Application Support and Incident Response: Facilitate application releases and monitor production performance of applications. Function as an L1/L2 point of escalation for all systems related questions. Manage established procedures for responding to production incidents, minimizing damage, and restoring normal operations. This team is global in nature with time zone coverage spanning N. America, Europe and Asia
* Automation Engineering: is responsible for identifying and responding to process improvement, development, enhancements and support of automation processes across Parametric.
Member of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery team drive the following activities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery (BC/DR), ensuring alignment to broader parent policy and governance, alignment to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Creates and modifies guidelines, planning documents, budgetary requirements, risk assessments and incident metrics and risk matrices.
* Assess and monitor the resilience of third-party vendors and service providers critical to business operations.
* Develop and enforce vendor management frameworks, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, performance metrics, resilience standards corporate policies, regulatory requirements and standards.
* Oversee the incident management framework, ensuring rapid identification, escalation, and resolution of all S3+ incidents - to include physical life safety, cyber, and technology.
* Collaborates with Morgan Stanley business continuity resilience Fusion partners.
* Acts as the senior leader during major incidents, driving effective communication and resolution to minimize business disruption.
* Perform root-cause analysis (RCAs) post-incident to identify trends and implement preventative measures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
* Engage with stakeholders at affiliated companies on strategic technology integrations, risk and audit efforts.
* Engage with external clients on technology collaboration and integration efforts.
* Map out overall business process flows for technology platform across Core Services, Investments and Digital.
* Work with Portfolio Managers and Traders internally to identify ways to streamline their current investment process.
* Help development teams like Digital or Core-platform accelerate projects including specifying data flows for data related to risk and analytics.
* Participate in the leadership of the Technology & Operations team as we aim to increase employee engagement, enablement, diversity and inclusion.
* Work closely with Parametric's technology team to ensure that the investment team's technology initiatives are closely aligned with the firm's broader strategic technology initiatives.
* Ensures that software solutions remain integrated, efficient, and appropriate for a highly regulated industry.
* Understand and guide effective implementation and adherence to SOX controls, legal regulations, and compliance requirements; seeks input and guidance when needed
* Ensure all areas of direct responsibility operate consistently within the context of the corporate mission and strategic plan.
* Ensure Parametric technology teams are operating within policy
* Ensure Parametric has a robust and risk controlled operating environment as it applies to continuity of operations
* Ensure Parametric provides 24X7 support for Parametric's technical environment including all custom built and third party tools in use
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
* 15+ years of experience, preferably within the asset management industry, with a strong understanding of Fixed Income, Derivative, and Equity assets, along with a deep understanding of related risk and analytics.
* 10+ years engaging with compliance, controls and or regulatory bodies to manage the risk broadly for a technology organization
* 10+ years of experience working closely with technology teams to deliver, scalable enterprise solutions for the Asset Management Industry.
* 10+ years of experience engaging with senior leadership internally as well as at external clients to understand client needs, define solutions and manage ongoing strategic relationships.
* Experience supervising and guiding teams in technology product management and/or business analysis to define technology solutions.
* Proven track record of becoming a subject matter expert in areas related to current assignments.

Salary range for the position: $300,000 - $400,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
