About the Role:
As a Driver with Uproot, you'll be the friendly face of our cannabis delivery service, delivering cannabis products directly to our customers' doorstep! You'll provide exceptional customer service while ensuring safe, compliant, and timely deliveries across the Worcester area. Our drivers represent our brand and play a crucial role in delivering satisfaction directly to our customers' doors.
Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service during all customer interactions.
Communicate clearly and promptly with the support team to resolve customer issues, cancellations, or complaints.
Accurately follow customer-specific delivery instructions.
Report any incidents or complaints through appropriate channels promptly.
Assist in depot operations, including stickering, packaging and manufacturing products, as needed.
Adhere strictly to cash-handling policies and procedures.
Maintain clear and timely communication with management regarding scheduling and attendance.
Compliance:
Ensure valid documentation (driver's license).
Complete deliveries compliantly, following all Massachusetts state laws, road regulations, and company guidelines.
Complete all assigned deliveries within scheduled shifts per Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) guidelines.

Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
Must pass a motor vehicle record check (no more than 2 points on your driving record).

The goal of this temporary position is to help fill immediate gaps at GTC farm sites and the farm store staffing coverage while GTC evaluates its long-term needs. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the farm sites, farm store and farm stand during assigned shifts, and will also assist with other projects, as needed. Essential Functions
Farm Site Assistant
Greenhouse seeding, watering and general maintenance;

This position requires both day and evening hours, depending on the schedule of meetings and events. Must be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure. Ability to provide occasional, on-call overage, and occasional weekend days, as necessary. High level of proficiency in video camera operation, video editing, and audio production.

* Perform or contract facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs and maintenance including, but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, special projects, and other related areas.
* Responsible for maintaining a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements.

About You
Required
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in the general maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial services in the golf club environment.
Preferred
* Familiarity with cleaning procedures and sanitation best practices.
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces (e.g., carpets, windows, restrooms) and the proper care of high-traffic areas.
* Previous training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance is a plus.
* Knowledge of and adherence to all OSHA regulations, electrical codes, and other compliance related facility maintenance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prevent emergencies by scanning the pool in a continuous and consistent manner.
Recognize emergencies or potential incidents and address them immediately
Perform assists or rescues as needed
Provide care such as, CPR, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen as needed.
Complete incident reports in a timely and effective manner
Enforce pool rules. Handle issues as they arise in a professional manner.
Test pool chemicals at the beginning of each shift and record in log. Report any problems or variations.
Attend all required monthly and yearly in-service trainings and staff meetings
Make sure all doors are securely locked when a lifeguard is not on duty. Never leave the pool unattended.
All change in hours will be in writing. You are responsible for finding your own coverage.
Engage in active listening with members and guests in order to build relationships, understand each individual's goals and interests and take the initiative to assist in the achievement of those goals.
Bring to the attention of the Aquatic Director any new ideas or enhancement of current programs.
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the pool areas.
Maintain and track current Lifeguarding and First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer certifications with the American Red Cross for yourself
Bring to attention of the Aquatics Director any problems, complaints or suggestions that pertain to the operation of the aquatic programs.
Know the state codes for swimming pools, OSHA rules and regulations for safety and the chemicals in use and first aid for such chemicals.
Adhere to WCC Core Competencies and Employee Manual.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 16 years of age
