The HRIS Analyst is a key member of the Human Resources team supporting and enhancing all Brooks Automation HR systems, with a primary focus on our Global Workday application. Program Manager

In support of Brooks Semiconductor Solution Group, the Program Manager will be responsible for the predictable execution of prioritized programs, measured by time to market, execution of agreed specifications and meeting or exceeding cost and quality targets.
The Program Manager is responsible for:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Owns and conducts the Product Change Management (PCM) process for Program Intake, including conducting weekly meetings with a cross-functional team. Program Manager is also responsible for determining if a feasibility study is required for a program and conducting the Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) scoping, among other tasks.

* Manages multiple revenue driving programs (CUSP, CIP, DIW) ensuring that supporting functions are fully engaged.
