Job Summary:
Manages front end and store office operations and staff to promote high level of engagement and customer satisfaction. Job Summary:
Responsible for using forklift/pallet jack to locate and accurately pull products according to order. Prepares pallets for retail store delivery while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Uses warehouse communication system to locate and pull products for retail store orders in an accurate, productive, and safe manner.
Maneuvers forklift/pallet jack to stack products onto pallets securely for delivery to store.
Ensures cases, bales, and containers contain appropriate labels, tags, and information.
Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary working environment by adhering to Company safety procedures.
Shrink wraps store orders with label and moves completed orders to the loading dock staging area using pallet jack.
Reports product discrepancies or quality issues to management including damaged product, equipment issues, etc.
