What do you like best about Brooksource's CEO and the leadership team?

I haven’t interacted with them

How would you improve Brooksource's culture?

I felt very isolated. Occasionally I might receive a $10 giftcard. That was the extent of outreach to employees. There was little or no support to be placed once the contract is no longer renewed.

How did you prepare for the Brooksource interview?

I am accustomed to interviewing. I prepared by research the client.

How does your compensation at Brooksource compare to the industry average?

Average given lack of perks.

What's the diversity at Brooksource like?

As far as I know it’s ok.

The feeling of being valued and compensated for my worth, given growth opportunities and providing training to support them.
