Compensation and Benefits: Our Communications/Shared Services Manager position comes with the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment with some travel required. We are offering a base salary of $75,000 - $80,000 annually. This position also includes generous health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits. Requirements for our Communications/Shared Services Manager: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; • 3+ years experience in a leadership level communications role within the association management industry; • 2+ years experience in leading a team of communication and administrative specialists; • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Demonstrated experience in partnership management and relationship building; • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically; • Proficiency in digital marketing and communication tools.
