Summary:
The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Working in settings such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, they create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy to help patients recover and become independent. Essential Work Functions:
Evaluate patients' physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment need
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of devices
Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and accurately document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize treatment outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to promote long-term functional recovery
Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards while addressing patients' comfort needs during therapy sessions
Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities to remain current with best practices in physical therapy
Collaborate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and continued patient progress in community or home-based settings
Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice

Summary:

What You'll do
The Purpose of the Human Resources Lead is to assist with various human resources functions and to provide support to both management and associates at their location. The Lead Processing Agent is an essential role for processing harvest materials. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. CORE JOB DUTIES
* Scheduling resources across multiple activities - deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
* Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches
* Reporting quality issues to Quality and Facility Director
* Creating and upkeeping daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
* Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Harvest Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the harvest department. This role is responsible for managing the post-harvest process, from harvesting plants to drying, bucking, and preparing products for transfer. The Harvest Supervisor will work closely with the Harvest Manager to ensure that all standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory guidelines, and production goals are met while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize processes while leading a team of harvest agents and leads.
CORE JOB DUTIES
* Lead and oversee the harvest team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.
* Provide hands-on training and guidance to harvest agents and leads on best practices, cutting, drying, bucking, and storage.
* Foster a positive team environment by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring team members are engaged and productive.
* Lead and optimize the workflow for the harvest department to ensure efficiency and consistency in plant processing.
* Coordinate harvest activities, including harvest events, drying, bucking, and transfer process.
* Maintain accurate records of weights, batch tracking, and product movement, ensuring compliance with state and company regulations.
* Oversee the drying and bucking process, ensuring proper environmental conditions and adherence to quality standards.
* Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all harvesting procedures align with regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the cleaning and sanitization of harvest areas, tools, and equipment to maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company protocols.
* Identify and address maintenance or operational issues within the harvest area.
* Monitor and track harvested material throughout the entire post-harvest process.
* Ensure proper labeling and storage of harvested products to prevent contamination or loss.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
* 2+ years of leadership experience in a regulated agricultural, or cannabis facility.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and develop employees.
* Knowledge of post-harvest processes and bucking and product handling.
* Familiarity with compliance regulations in the cannabis industry.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to track and record inventory accurately.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with seed-to-sale tracking software.
* Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including cold storage and humidity-controlled areas.
* Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
* Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
* Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
