David Graziosi joined Allison Transmission in November 2007 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In January 2016, he was promoted to the additional role of President. In his time with Allison, Mr. Graziosi has been instrumental in all aspects of financial management, including debt and equity planning and execution, budgeting, pricing, and investor relations –including the company’s IPO in 2012. Most recently, he was recognized by institutional investment analysts as a ‘top three’ Best CFO for both Buy-Side and Sell-Side (the only CFO to be ranked in the top three of both categories) as part of Institutional Investors' 2016 All-America Executive Team awards. Before joining Allison, Mr. Graziosi served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Covalence Specialty Materials Corp. between 2006 and 2007. Prior to joining Covalence Specialty Materials Corporation, he held various positions in the industry, including Vice President of Finance Precursors and Epoxy Resins at Hexion Specialty Chemicals from 2005 to 2006 and Executive Vice President and CFO at Resolution Performance Products from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and CFO of General Chemical Industrial Products, as Finance Director of GenTek and as Internal Audit Director and Assistant Corporate Controller at Sun Chemical Group. Mr. Graziosi is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA, non-practicing). He earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the State University of New York (SUNY) and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University.

In 1991, Exel Logistics France, a logistics and transport company, offered him the position of Finance Director. Six months later, he was promoted General Manager. From 1995 to 1996, Florent Menegaux was General Manager of the General Cargo Transport division for the Norbert Dentressangle Group. In 1997, Florent Menegaux joined Michelin as Commercial Director for truck tires in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. In 2000, Michelin appointed him Sales Director for Truck Tires Original Equipment and Replacement markets for North America. In 2003, he became head of Truck Tires for South America. In 2005, he was appointed head of the Africa - Middle East Zone. In January 2006, Florent Menegaux became responsible for the Group’s Passenger Car and Light Truck Tire Replacement Business Unit for Europe, before being appointed Executive Vice President for the Passenger Car and Light Truck worldwide activities, becoming a member of the Group Executive Committee, in 2008. He also oversees Michelin’s Motorsports activities and Materials business. In December 2014, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and then Senior Executive Vice President of the Michelin Group in 2017. In January 2018, he also supervises the Group’s Business Directions, and the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Customer Experience Operational Directions. On May 18, 2018, Florent Menegaux is named Managing General Partner of the Group. On May 17, 2019, Florent Menegaux is named Chief Executive Officer.
