Key Responsibilities: * Assist instructors during in-person and virtual CAD training sessions. * Prepare training materials prior to class events, including workstation setup, sample files, tutorials, and handouts. * Monitor participant progress during sessions and provide feedback to instructors to enhance the learning experience. * Collaborate with instructors to develop and refine training content to ensure alignment with course objectives. * Create, record, audit, and monitor customer-facing Online Academy platforms to support customer satisfaction and retention. * Partner with the Onboarding Specialist to support administrative tasks such as scheduling and post-session evaluations. * Support LMS platform modernization initiatives. * Conduct GV Manual Certification audits.
